I know there’s a search button, but I can’t seem to find the original thread. Could someone point me to the thread or tell me the difference between 1.29A, 1.29B and A314?I was under the impression that 1.29A was basically A314 in spray and 1.29B is a slightly lower concentration than that. But it is still essentially A314. I’ve been playing with 1.29B a bit and I found it to be more of a social A314. Feels like A314 with a potent IS added to it. Yup I got the tell tale chattiness of IS reaction and headache and occasional IS crash from 1.29B which I never got from A314 oil. Was there a formula change between A314 batches or it’s just 1.29B?
There are many threads on this and the info on the store page itself makes it quite clear that apart from the difference in dose/concentration, there is no difference whatsoever in actual mixes the -a and -b versions.
So the difference in responses may be telling you something about being near your sweet spot levels for the respective mixes?
The oil also gets slightly more subtle/different responses because of the slower diffusion of the oil base and I imagine there are different dose/proportion/quantity issues for the oil mixing itself.
Thanks! Interestingly, I got quite a different response from 1.29A…feels like more p83 than IS in there since the IS effect much less pronounced than 1.29 B. I would totally bet that A contains even at least a molecule that 1.29B doesn’t have…
I guess I’d better reorder my A314 oil to get the classic effect, I was substituting it with the sprays hoping to get by with them with relatively similar effect but turns out that’s not the case.
As much as I wanted to believe the store description, I trust my first hand experience most. So chances are I could probably just getting a bad or weird batch. Unless of course someone else experiences something similar.
A314 spray - as we’ve said on the forum and on the store itself - is the A314 formula in a spray format. There is no difference in formulas other than the oil base and other things that the oil requires to keep up its diffusion.
I already put it in the description on the store and said it around the forum (with the announcement posts) but I suppose its nice to have confirmation sometimes?
Yeah, totally with you on that one, I should’ve said it’s potentially TAA instead of the whole IS itself .
Thanks for the confirmation John!! I got a couple of chance to test the a & b sprays again and I think you’re right and I trust AD.
Initially I thought there’s a molecule difference between a & b because whenever I wear a, there’s a sneeze-fest around me…it’s not purely scientific but I take it as an indicator that they are exposed to new molecule since the nose remembers. When I wear b the first few times around, I didn’t notice those reactions. BUT I’ve been constantly using b to test it further these days and I DO notice some sneezes here and there. So everything does seem to fall in place, no molecule difference it’s just less dosage as you said.
But wow, can’t believe what a difference oil & spray makes even though it’s the same molecule. b just felt so much more social than the oil I used to wear… everyone seems wanting to compete to talk to me as if they’re seeking approval
You’re welcome, and I didn’t think this was a trust issue. We make what we say we do, sometimes I think we even underplay what we put into it. A314 Spray A&B are A314 - in a spray format - with varying dosages.
Your results are interesting, but the fatigue and such is atypical.
