What pheromone do you think would be best for a private language tutor? I’m not even sure of the exact emotional effect I’m aiming for. I want my students to open up and not be nervous to speak with me. Ideally they will have a fun, flowing conversation, feel at ease, and volunteer themselves to speak without shame or prodding.
Then at the same time, I almost want an (possibly?) opposing effect. I want to have some authority. I want them to walk away from the lesson thinking, “I respect my teacher and his ability.” I want them to recommend me to their friends.
PS: Completely different question: There was a study done one time on long term couples living together where the man applied a certain pheromone (I think it was one of the first pheromones discovered) and the couples had more sex per week week than the control couples. I wish to purchase this pheromone as well, because I have a long term partner. What is the name of this pheromone?
Thanks in advance for any advice you may have to offer.
I forgot to add something (I don’t know if this matters). Some of my first students will be young working age Korean women (2 on 1 class). I’m going to be teaching both Korean men and women of working age, and will probably also teach middle and high school students. I am 24, but look older according to Koreans.
Sounds like a job for IS/IO to me - Initially anyway.
After a few sessions, you might to move on to IS/IH to deepen the conversation and support any developing personal bonds.
Don’t use IS/IO/IH together - that can get a bit giddy to to the amount of nols and you would probably feel burned-out by the end of a working day. Saying that, equal parts IO/IH is also good for conversation but again, watch the nols.
I think you need IO and IS combo and maybe just a bit of A314 or IG (I think IG will be better). And IMO it should be in small ammounts as IO tends to make people talk TOO much sometimes and IS is a “feel-good” product (you don’t want everybody laughing )
Is the active pheromone of IS revealed by its chemical name? I wish to research it to see if it has ever been studied before and if there is any evidence that it works. It would also be important that it had been discovered in human beings before.
I may just buy one product after my research, unless the consensus here is that it is necessary to have a mix. Forgive me, but the research seems lacking on all but the -none product so I am being conservative with my money.
As far as I know Androtics does not reveal the ingredients of their products with the exception of a few very well known pheromones - androstenone, androsterone and alpha/beta androstenol (they are protecting their hard work). I can assure you that all their consumer products work pretty good and they’re the best company in this industry. One important thing to know is that pheromones won’t do all the work - you still need to “make” them work. It means if you are not at least congruent with the vibe your mix is sending you may not see good results.
For your teaching question I would recomend A314 and P74. If you don’t have P74, then A314 and IH.
For your couples question, I would say TUTH is great for a long term partner that is already comfortable with you. I find TUTH + IS is great with my wife. She doesn’t know I use mones, so the effect is genuine.
And to be frank, most of the shonky fuckers at the disreputable end of the phero industry would love to know too. AD had good reasons to keep stummn. We have had them here before, posing as ordinary posters just “looking to research”
So no - It is only known by its stock name TAA. Don’t bother getting that for yourself yet till you have got the hang of most Instant Line pheros.
The other thing about IS vs TAA is that the undisclosed components of IS actually prolong its activity significantly. On its own, a dose of TAA is only active for about one hour but in IS form, it is active for about three.
Remember this in any application/mix as the nols in IO/IH are active for much longer - between four and six hours per application. In a work environment, it will probably tend to the longer period of activity.
ETA - I also agree that IG may be a better initial choice than A314, which has a heavy status vibe and a small amount of none. Anecdotal reports here seem to suggest that the lighter status vibe o of IG is very suitable for Asians, whilst the issues surrounding Asians and none tolerance are well known - Many seem very intolerant and you can easily OD on very small amounts around them.
Thanks. I have a few problems with this Tisha guy so far though (admittedly only having scanned his threads for about an hour). For example, in another thread on the theory forum people asked for published, peer-reviewed studies showing an effect of administered synthetic pheromones on human behaviour. He posted a bunch of studies that show for example that liver cells convert male hormones into different derivatives, which has nothing to do with the person’s question and it a plainly accepted scientific fact that does not prove the validity of pheromones at all. The terminology in the paper should sufficiently scare away a scientific layman, but for someone who actually understands it like me, you can see that he is just throwing a wall of information at the user in order to confuse them. The study had nothing to do with anything the questioner asked.
So am I calling him a snake oil salesman? No, because his products may or may not work. He may have stumbled upon them without knowing anything, like a broken clock that is correct twice per day. But his method of attempting to deflect claims asking for peer reviewed scientific literature is obviously a charade.
I’m willing to give something a try as long as it has been shown to exist in human excretions (not just in the blood stream), without needing evidence that the particular hormone had any affect on specific neurochemicals of other people. The latter would be a trump card but I don’t expect it, otherwise everyone would be using it already. From what I know, some have been shown to increase the output of LH or cortisol in women, which is good enough for me to say that the concept of pheromones can influence human behaviour (would love to see dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine etc measured). But I still want to make sure that these new hormones in a wide variety of products that claim to offer significantly different effects than the most studied pheromones are actually found in sweat or something and not just synthetic derivatives of other hormones.
