Hello flig and welcome to the PheroTalk neighborhood. I will have to apologize for not getting here quicker to offer some expert advice. It doesn’t look like my fellow forum friends paid much attention to your age, or asked any of the right questions to help you out. Normally these guys are awesome, but I think in their eagerness to please they missed the ball.
You see at 19 you, my friend, are already producing quite a bit of Androstenone (-none) and as runnerxvr said it will be difficult to get a grasp of. TUTH is pretty much all -none! Please also consider that most younger women can get easily repulsed by too much -none. So if you are in good shape, workout, have a hard-working kind of job, it is most likely that your wife is not going to be hot for you, rather wanting to run out the door.
Then there’s the stickiness of -none. It’s a heavy molecule and has a tendency to build up and stick around on bodies, well after the normal 4-5 hours. If you don’t shower really well, with exfoliating skin scrub and wear it again, within a few days OD. Just run your mouse over the letters OD. Not good or really recommended for applications outside the club or for older guys.
The good news is I am going to try and help you use it properly. I would have recommended Ammo, which is the same -none content but very well buffered. Since we are working with straight TUTH, here’s what I would do. One spray, under my shirt, a good couple of hours before you are trying to spice things up. Make sure you are around your wife too 
. Build things up with her slowly as hopefully the -none will take some time to disperse.
The next day, do the same thing. The third day, take a complete day off and shower really well after each day. The 4th & 5th day try two sprays the same way as the 1st and 2nd days. Again build things slowly with the wife. Let her get acclimated to your new -none signal. Don’t be at all surprised if she becomes easily agitated, or you, for that matter. After two days of two sprays take two days off. Then start at three sprays and again the same precautions need to be taken. I would be careful around any knives and lock up all assault riffles:o.
I would not go above three sprays ever! You most likely will have to back down to one or two sprays, but this allows you to test application to find your sweet spot.
