I noticed you got two recommendations for tuth. However, dont underestimate ammo. It has about the same androstenone content as tuth, but with “buffers” to ward off any potential negative side effects. Some women dont respond well to none. The younger you are, the less you want to use, but considering that you know the girl quite well(obviously) you can probably get away with a little since she already has preconceived notions about you and nothing you spray on yourself will give her a 180 degree different opinion of you.
If you only plan to reap the benefits of mones with your girlfriend and dont care how it affects others, I dont see much benefit from instant openness. However, IH is good, and a little instant gentlemen or a314 wouldnt hurt either.
