As for the problems with buying something on the store I would call them up at 1-800-671-6464 or submit a ticket and they’ll respond to you. The guys and gals at AD are super helpful and quick responders. They’ll help you with the technical side of it, and heck even help you pick out some products for yourself while you’re there.
