Over the years I have made some comments, sometimes forcefully, more often of late privately by email.

I saw an explosion of products and vendors come on the market.

Seeing milligrams of molecule sold for $30, I didn’t think Androtics model from last decade could work.

I do think the current situation is fixable. I assume the freebie togo bottles were mass produced? Not custom labs? Okay. The sprayer bottles are adequate if you wrap the cap top with tape to seal it for shipping.

I suggested years ago mass producing all the single molecules in neroli and stealth only. 5 mcg. No options. That leaves you with about 100 sku’s and no custom labs. Given a choice between 5 mcg of p74 or nothing, people will take a 5 micro togo spray.

I learned how to make p74 work for me at small doses. The research patents from 20 years ago say it should work.

Most people would pay $20 for a small togo if the alternative is nothing. Myself I would order maybe 5 togo’s per year at $100. Under that business model it should be break-even or perhaps profitable. I use tiny amounts of TAH. One bottle would give me over 200 doses.

Maybe the answer to the Lab problem is that you don’t need a lab. Or maybe it just isn’t possible to custom-make 70K sku’s.

There a semi-rural areas usually within 2 hours of colleges, interstates and airports. All those areas where Obama won but Clinton lost. Those places. Places with industrial parks. Call the local college and ask for chemistry interns and IT interns who know e-comm software.

The internet runs on linux and unix, and they are free.

There are alternatives to the leaky togo sprays. I have tested them and have not carried a togo in my pocket for 3 years. I’d rather use an empty A314 bottle than a togo spray.

The economy is booming with plenty of customers. You are sitting on top of $1,000,000 worth of intellectual property knowledge. The boyfriend spray other people sell was built on this board with your molecules. People will pay about $50 for a product that gets results. They shop on price often with no care where the molecules come from. For $100 it had better be miraculous or it is not happening.

The loss of three of their formulators from having to move locations with little notice and then the lead formulator currently working slowly due to health meant that Androtics cannot handle the large number of orders incoming temporarily as they did in LA from what they posted. The custom orders which need to be handled by experienced vets would be very slow due to low staff and they cant fix the cart to only take off the shelf stuff only. The tech for processing the order, and the online order system they said were both problems and bottlenecks. Even if the model of the store were to be the same, the system needs a reboot and new orders needed to stop until they catch up and ship timely again. With all orders caught up, more training, and a healthier lead formulator, they can certainly grow again.

Yes, Androtics has been knocked down a few times recently, but like Rocky Balboa they keep getting up… Persistance to keep trying until it works is one of the two biggest traits I see in those with success.

Part of Feedback:
Many vendors use 10ml bottles which are less likely to leak and would lessen the number of orders overall to be made, at least for the main products.

Certain solo molecules that are now being widely sold under their real name by several vendors but by Androtics as putatives should be moved to the experimones with their proper name if you want to target some more experienced users. You can put the putative name it was under next to it so people who know it only by that will know. You can still get testing reports, but many people cant order because they have no idea if its the same molecule they want and look elsewhere. You offer stealth and more customization. Putatives should be new, exclusive or the few that might have potential issues for revealing its real name.

Stealth tech for androstenone based product to help with those who smell it as urinous/negative with fragrance neutralizers. Another if possible for copulins. There is brain activation even if under detectible scent levels.

Fix the bug that causes the ? instead of the symbol characters in the forum. It looks like someone doesnt know how to type or needs a new keyboard lol.

Most of the spray & pray customers do just want something that works and shop in the $30-60 range. All of the main non oil line may want to price in this range for everyone, there are too many alternatives also for basics like nols to do otherwise. Continue to build a community around these new users as many such as a guy like Jdub continued to grow into an enthusiast. If you turn them off up front with high pricing on basics, they wont stick around to become an enthusiast who ends up buying the MX and putatives etc.

Continue to offer a partnership with those who create mixes to sell them. Many of the best mixes were at least in part from the user base over the years.

Eventually add the animalics and various scents to the testing, also Hedione, ISO E SUPER etc as so many have pheromone like properties.

The retail cost (no discount) is about $30 for a 500 microgram putative. I don’t think that has changed in over 6 years.

I think that would need to be $45 just to break even.
I don’t think making every putative as a custom order
is going to work.

They don’t have the staff, the costs are too high, the operation is (Brian suggests) running at a loss, it takes I guess 1-2 years to apprentice someone as a formulator, the people trained as lab techs can get work as techs elsewhere at excellent wages.

I think they can continue to sell research molecules. Not to the general public, not as a charity, not to people who don’t provide feedback, not at a loss, not with each leaky spray as made-to-order, not with 10,000 sku’s in the cart. Not for less than $30 per 500 micrograms. Not with 300 options per molecule. They couldn’t do it in 2010, can’t do it now, won’t do it in 2020.

Coding DHEA exclusively as a putative outlived its uselfullness 5 years ago.

One of the primary odors in sweat is E3M2H. About 100 times more powerful than androstenone if I recall. Stucture similar to copulins. Enone has little to do with body odor.
