To answer your question, yes pheromones work with everyone. 
They are made from your body and everyone elses body naturally. These products do work for a teenager. For a teenager I would NOT recommend anything with -None (TUTH, IJ things like this) IG would be ok for you. Why do you want to seem more “manly” anyways? Tell us more about yourself and maybe we can find out what you really need.

No they do not work that well on that age group. The reason being is that your still in puberty at this point and hormones are still fluctuating. Plus you do not want to mess up the natural process.
Usually around the age of 16 things start to calm down and its fine to use them then.
Its still best you use the social pheromones though. Girls in this age group tend to not like high anone signatures. Things like IG IO IH Ishine are all good.
Pheromones do not change how a person feels about you. If someone doesnt like you they will still not like you with them on. They may be more respectful or nicer though.
