I recently got out of a long term relationship with an alcoholic…long story, but somehow I seem to attract the crazies!
Anyway - I have done a lot of work bettering myself during and after this part of my life. I have always been athletic and worked out, but have always been a little shy, and not so great with initial conversation. Once I ‘hook’ a girl, I’m in, its just getting to that point that I have always had issues with.
Looking forward to trying some mones to see if it adds to all the other improvements I have made within myself. Being an older guy, I was thinking Ammo (2x) and IShine as a start…
Great starting ideas. You may want to add IG to your starting lineup also. It gives a calm masculine aura less likely to attract “crazies” and more in tune with starting up a long term relationship.

A314 is very good, but know that you have to be not shy. If you become more confident with ig and mones, u can use them!
Well, for your choice of crazy’s, not much to do with mones… You can attract some very loose gals with TUTH and such… but… for a possible LTR and to help with the shyness, I think that your selections are good. IG would also be my suggestion. Really, a calm, cool and collected vibe that you will also internalize with the mones affect on YOU!

Your attraction to crazies pheromones can’t fix and I suggest you look into your up bringing and certain things that happened with you as a child to find out why you are attracted to these type of women.
Not to get too personal but I have been researching this myself and this happens to have a lot to do most times with the persons we are attracted to.
My team already gave you some great suggestions when it comes to approaching and attracting the opp sex.
I want to also add that instant openness helps break the ice and conversation tends to flow so much easier and better as well.
