A shout for the instant line

It seems there is rarely a comment on the instant line these days so I thought I’d offer a rare venture into the forum to say that I’ve got more hits from the instant line than from anything else and people shouldn’t ignore it. Just because something is a standard product it doesn’t make it less special.

IH has given me my biggest attractant hits, no question. IG is probably my favorite standalone AD product and I’ve tried a fair few MXs and P’s and nothing has changed my mind on that. IG + IO + IS…I know I’m not the only one to like that combo which, despite everything I’ve tried, remains the best combo I’ve layered.

The instant line is what convinced me this stuff does something and gave me the tools to try and learn what an MX or P series is doing. It can be tempting to read reports and jump into mixing and layering but don’t ignore what has already been mixed for you. As above IH has given me my best results. I can’t imagine layering much without adding a bit of IS either - again, an instant line classic.

The instants are, in my humble opinion, still the best that AD has produced in terms of consistent response across the board… :slight_smile:

Would you consider Ammo to be in the instant line?

theres 2 schools of thought here,

  1. ones that have instant in the name

or

  1. all the consumer line spray pheros

I would say Ammo is like A314 in a sense as it’s a stand alone product. The instants tend to be geared towards one particular effect whereas ammo is more of a “cover your bases” or a general cologne but with the added benefits of being designed as more of an attractant than regular colognes.
