Ok guys. Here is another update on my A314 experience. The payhike I had mentioned in my starting post finally happened. While some of my colleagues got the regular 10 to 15% hike, I got a full 30% hike in my salary & a new designation. That puts me in the drivers seat for majority of Operations that will happen in the new company.
I know it may not sound a big hike for many but again, this company is yet to hit the market & start officially. I am currently working on 2 major deals for the company & will soon report on that as well.
Cheers
Roy
