I got the starter kit and also ordered A314 oil. I have had Instant Shine for a few weeks and love it.
Here is my question.
There is a girl that I loved in College, she was into me, I was into her and I was too stupid to do anything further. Recently we’ve been in contact after 10 years. If I meet her what should I use and where? This is honestly the perfect girl for me.
I suggest your sweetspot dose A314 + 2 sprays IH + 2 sprays IShine as a start. At 30 you want to display value, A314 is perfect for this. IH + IS is a good mix for bonding on positive topics.
Keep your TUTH in your pocket. If the date goes well, good conversation, body language, kino… Add 1 spray and see where it takes you.
Make sure to test all products in advance, to see how they affect YOU!

Where are you meeting her? Coffee bar? In a club with other people around?
Optional to add 1 spray Ammo to your base mix, purely for the scent and diffusion properties. But honestly it doesn’t add much pheromone wise to this mix. Ammo is a nice standalone. In my experience you need to add lots of Ammo if you’re wearing A314 already, to see Ammo effects. The tricky part is you start with a higher dose of eNone then… you don’t know how she’s gonna respond to that, so better to just keep TUTH in your pocket.
A314 on your jawline / behind ears.
IShine + IH neck, and maybe your forearms if IH affects you too much… (IH always makes me talk about deep, serious stuff).
Again, test your mix in advance!
Have not decided yet, will probably be a wide open environment. I’m guessing your mix and then if things go to a more personal place apply lots of AMMO to my chest and arms? or should I do TUTH instead? It doesn’t need to get sexual but if it goes there…
Also curious if MX297 could help.
TUTH is much better with A314 in my experience, and at 30 1-2 sprays combined with the base mix shoudln’t be a problem.
Ammo is less usable here, because it has a very strong and distinct scent. So if you apply it during the date, she’ll know you ‘did something’. Trust me on this, scent is way too strong to apply in between.
I would only consider MX297 if you’re in a party environment, and paired with a sexual (1-2 sprays TUTH). In a face-to-face environment MX297 is useless in my experience. It’s a life-of-the-party mix, you need to be able to connect with more people to make this work.
I agree with all of this - Maybe one spray Ammo for scent/diffusion but the main sexual in this would be TUTH and at 30, there should be no issues with a sensible dose. The A314/IH/IS will moderat it effectively.
If you are thinking on MX297, use it or A314 - not together as they will likely confuse the mix. Again, TUTH is fully usable here as 297 will also moderate it nicely - but keep it for the fun times. A314/IH/IS is the better base mix for reconnecting with someone.
Also, if you are outdoors, look to take things inside or at least into shelter - Pheros diminish much faster outside so use every opportunity to preserve your phero cloud. Similarly, chest under clothing is not a good place for Ammo - or any other phero. This is a trick for tenaters - by 30 you need to get them out where they can diffuse and anything containing None generally does better towards the centre - If you put any on your arms, it would be the socials - IH/IS

In this mix, which is already well balanced, Ammo more just a scent/diffusion aid. The other components are the driving force phero-wise.
