I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve emailed John and customer service several times and still haven’t got a response. Anyone have luck getting their replacement yet?
I received response from Mickaelia through the online CS system. Unfortunately she said that the management decision is only to give a refund but no replacement. 
btw, this is OOT though: when sending A314 rev31 back, what should I write in the declaration of the package? pheromone? 
or just write essential oil 10ml, with value 109USD ?
I just received the new batch of rev32. I’m wondering whether it is as effective as the old batches.
Has anyone tried the A314 rev32 yet?

I just ordered another a314 and got a free mx kit as well. I just wanted to make sure I am covered incase of another drought.
I haven’t visited this forum in months and I’m very disappointed to see a314 go down the drain. I can’t believe it, I never thought it would change. AD please bring back the original a314.
