Hi Everone
I thought I would give my take on A314 which I have been using all week. I have been reading up and looking into peoples experiences good and bad.
It was a good opportunity to use A314 as I was starting a new job with people I didnt know. I put one drop on my finger, smeared it and rubbed it behing my ears and down the side of my neck and I also rubbed a little under my nostrils for self effects.
Some people have complained of headaches, feeling lazy and irritable - I felt none of these. After a few minutes I felt more relaxed and any worries I had melted away. Knowing that A314 can be quite harsh on its own I mixed it with 2 sprays of IS.
One flaw in my character is that I find it hard to let go of worries that niggle me and long term this can make for a negative attitude . Wearing A314 made me feel in control of my emotions and I had a greater focus on my work. Throughout the day I was calm, relaxed, postive and confident.
Effects from people at work were all positive . One girl wanted advice on some work others apologizing unnecessarily.
Throughout the week I mixed A314 with all the socials IO, IS and IH all to great effect. I would recommend using this in the work place to anybody starting with one drop and you can use it everyday without the fear of OD.
For me this pheromone is essential and is truly worth the money!!
Ok i spent the last week feeling mentally fatigued, negative and low mood. I had’nt worn pheromones all over christmas but when I tried my usual mix A314 + IH I just couldn’t get into the groove. I have decided to lay off the mones until I feel some mental normality. Yes I am able to get through the day at work but its not as much fun without the mones.
I have heard people mention nootropics but there is no way I am going to start popping pills when I am not 100% confident of the product or the possible consequences years down the line. If anyone has any tips to avoid the extended phero breaks that would be great. Yes I know about eating healthily, fruit juices, lots of rest, vitamins etc.
I have been in this position before and usually I have to have at least a 2 week break for my brain to be refreshed and my neurotransmitters to be replenished. I think that when you are wearing pheromones on a regular basis it is inevitable that your brain will become sluggish and weary. When pheromones are applied they no longer help you and you know that you have no choice but to have a break to get over the brain drain.
I have run into this problem as well. I do have a solid background in the study of human biology. Something I can recommend is a supplement called SAM-e (pronounced “Sammy”).
To use SAM-e properly, take it with it’s co-factors, B6, B12, and Folic Acid to ensure that it’s getting converted back full-circle. The co-factors should improve your condition all on their own as well.
Also, make sure you are properly hydrated and you are getting all your minerals - magnesium, potassium, zinc, even boron … a supplement with a spectrum of trace minerals can work wonders.
Another thing is build up your reserves - take a low-dose of DHEA in the morning. This is the reserve that all your hormones are manufactured from. Take Melatonin right before bed, this will expedite recovery when sleeping, and it gets converted to Seratonin when you wake up. Take a small amount of L-tryosine in the morning, this is eventually converted to Dopamine.
If you want to stick with a food-based remedy - try eating lots of beets …Processing sucrose from sugar beets yields glycine betaine as a byproduct. The value of the TMG rivals that of the sugar content in sugar beets. TMG is similar to SAM-e, except somewhat less direct in it’s action.
… also some apple cider vinegar, lots of eggs, cheese, some chicken hearts and liver. And lots of walnuts. and blueberries. and fish oil.
Ok I started with the brain drain around the 18th of January and we are now into February and still experiencing the same problems. I have been taking the b vitamins along with omega fish oil. I am waiting for a delivery of sam-e to arrive hopefully next week…thanks Watkins.
I am feeling frustrated by this situation that seems to be going on for ever…especially when I have to deal with going to work each day. If this is the long term effect of pheromones then they are going in the bin. Sorry to be negative but I have to ask if its worth it sometimes.
The brain drain did eventually stop but it took a full 2 months before I felt like my old self. If you are taking a heavy mix like A314 you are eventually going to have neurotransmitter depletion which will cause fatigue. To counter act this I would recommend Sam-e, mixing your combos regularly and using pheromones sparingly.
Today I tried 1 drop of rev 32 along with 1 spray of IHX1
I noticed the smell was different to rev 23. Not as strong and intense.
At work all day I noticed the familiar self effects of focus, calm, cool, no negativity.
It isn’t as hard hitting as rev23 but this could be a good thing. It is maybe a more sociable A314, more laid back and not as commanding as rev23.
I will report more as I get a better handle on it.
