I would personally start out using A314 by itself. Get a feel for how it works for you. Then add TUTH to it and see how the responses from others changes. A314 has been balanced already with a small amount of -none. Same pheromone that is in TUTH . -None is a very aggressive pheromone. I have used a mix of A314 Instant Jerk and Instant Openness which are a good mix for me so it can be done and be effective. I was looking for self effects for being a jerk. I am not a jerk however, so I tired of the mix eventually. It really pays to be congruent with your pheromones for best effects. It was hard for me to be a jerk when I did not really want to be one.

Always start with one product at a time. You want to see exactly what effect you get from it and how much your dosage range is. This will make layering easier later.
Day 1… Try one spray, note any self effects, go out, look for behavior changes in others and direct hits.
Day 2 … Use two sprays, note self effect, go out, do the same look for behavior changes and hits.
Day 3… if you still have not seen anything go to three sprays and repeat the process. I you did begin to see some effects still use the 3 sprays to see if increasing can make hits more pronounced.
Day 4 … Still more testing with the same product, Now you are testing application points. We are all built different and diffuse differently from our bodies.
Hair, Back of neck, Neck, Pulse points, chest, stomach, wrists, forearms.
In colder months if you covered up. Back of hands. Cloths if absolutely necessary. pheromones don’t diffuse well from cloth though.
This whole process should take about a week or a little under. Then move to the next product.
After you tested each on its own you can make combos by layering the products.
