It’s impossible to say, it depends on your character, A314 is perhaps better suited to more dominant ‘Alpha male’ characters while Instant Gentleman could be better suited to younger, perhaps less confident guys.

A314 is a strong alpha pheromones. You need to carry yourself, then way you talk, act and so on in line with the alpha vibe. If you think you are, then there is no problem in using A314. Otherwise people will get confused on the alpha vibe that you are carrying.

IG is less dominant. It still project you as mature, capable person.
