I’ve not been up in this part of the forum much, but had to include my A314 usage here. I applied 3 drops, 2 behind the ears and 1 spread to my throat.
I applied and drove over to the doctor’s office. It was my first time there and I normally find that arriving earlier than the time of the appointment is good for paperwork and such. I got a bit lost and got there a few minutes after my appointment time.
When I arrived, there were several people waiting and 2 at the counter. One women, late 30’s, was waiting there and I asked are you in line? She briefly answered yes… and returned to face the counter. I could see that she was indecisive as both of the help behind the counter were helping other patients. I thanked her profile and walked up to the counter to see if there was a new patient or patient registry so that I could ask and write in my name, if necessary. This same lady approached after I did and saw what I did. Then, she asked me if she can sign in… Eh??? I just asked her if she was in line and now she’s asking me for permission…??? I said, sure, here’s the sign in sheet.
At that time, another young latina clerical gal, mid 20’s walks into the area behind the counter and asks who’s signed in. I said I am… And she smiled and said, let me take your information now and you can fill out this new patient info. So she processed my office visit payment, Insurance card and ID while I filled out the paperwork. She was patiently waiting for me to finish. She took my paperwork and promptly filed it while one of the 2 people at the counter continued to discuss issues with paperwork. The other worker that became available, asked this clerical gal if she can help and she said to take care of 1Alpha, please. The other lady that arrived before me was still waiting to get paperwork when I was asked in to see the doctor.
I was impressed by the speed of attention and promptness to take care of me when others were waiting and still in line in front of me. But, it seemed that the staff that I was in contact with along with some of the patients in the waiting area just took it as a given that I should be taken care of first! This 20 something latina even came into the doctor’s waiting room 6 where I was to get me updates on when the doctor will come and see me… 
I was in and out quickly and treated as a prince!
