Hmm.. I’m not really familiar with the androtics website feature. I place order and 2 times it failed most probably because of the credit card but the order is still there.
Then the third time it went through with another credit card and it states there that security check, call customer, Can steve or tisha give me some knowledge over here ?
i tried to call Androtics by the phone machine says that there is no one there.
My invoice number stated i ordered about 7.55am androtics time. I guess with a whole day it should be processed and ship, am i not right ? please give me some knowledge. Am anxious about the purchase.
First time international orders are verified with the bank who issued the card. It’s a requirement of our merchant bank. It’s not a big deal, usually, but it can take a bit of time with select banks. Timezones can get in the way, and some banks have very abbreviated hours.
What time did you try to call, btw? It’s possible everyone was on another line.
tried to call at about 10-11am my time which is about 6-7pm androtics time (after ur adjusted daylight savings time).. called a few times a left a message but was not replied until now. my time and androtics time is 4hours back the other way round. Which is for example, my 10am minus 4hours and turn it around. Which is 6pm on androtics side.
Anyway i got a call from the bank about the credit card. the payment went thru. Any idea when the stuff will go out ?
And Jas, I did not put in empty 5ml to-go bottles in my order but as i like to bring them around would any plastic bottle that size with a spray nozzle work fine and just the same, cos if i remember at the cosmetic shop near my area has those kind of small spray bottles ? or would it be different ? between my order number is #18570
Well, well, well, I have found the culprit and have instructed SWAT to take their positions around your house. They have been instructed to shoot on site, the only problem is they’re out of Ammo! Yup, that’s why your package was held up, it has all the AMMO in it .
Seriously though, I take LOTS of steps to ensure the safety of the store and more importantly YOUR security is not compromised. I cannot emphasize enough just how important it is to include correct numbers and to ensure addresses match what the bank has on file.
I have read about a rash of fraudulent card use lately striking many prominent web stores and I refuse to let Androtic’s Research or it’s clients ever experience a security threat.

When there isn’t leave a message as Mickaelia, or myself will respond via ticket and return call. Actually though, don’t ever let the hours that are posted stop you from calling. Many of a night I keep the phone lines open. Of course you might might catch me out and about on the town, but I always keep a notepad to take notes
So if ever you happen to call at 2 a.m. you might just get through, even though we’re not “officially” open. As many people will attest to here, we do try our best to go above and beyond anything posted when possible.
