I agree with monesmadedoit, some mones may be more in ‘congruence’ with your default personality than others and IS/a and IS/b is a good start to see this.

I’m more of an quiet, easy going kind of guy. That is my default personality and I can modify it very easily as I’m not usually out in the front, directing others and being Leader/Alpha. I’ve been working over the years on my personality and through observations and study, been able to don the Leader/Alpha vibe MUCH more easily and A314 has helped me personally along the way. It wasn’t ALL that I did because it did support MY efforts.
