If you are looking for pheros to open doors and enhance comminication, then your choices are similar across the age range - They all work well, incl Ammo.
Personally I prefer IH/IS as a more mature alternative to IO - Conversation is better quality and too the point compared to IO, which can unleash a torrent of drivel.
Status wise, you can use a more mature feel product like A314 better with more mature women but I would still stick to something lighter like IG in environments where younger ones prevail.
Sexuals are the main difference and as you and your subjects age, you can start to increase the Androstenone proportion in any mix, sometimes drastically. TUTH is about the most useful for this.
But if shyness is an issue, you are going to need to hold back on the overtly sexual and daunting status products - Look for the lighter social and engaging products instead. Ones that promote and ease communication.

I am 56, and am using a combination, although things are different for me as I am targeting a woman that I have known for 4 years, and especially well for the last six months. For what it’s worth, here’s my combo for work;
one drop of A314, divided between both ears
3 sprays Instant Honesty (normal strength) to soften the A314
P75 (2.5mcg) with P83 (25mcg) to my neck
Summer Ammo, to the other side of my neck
Instant Shine 2x strength (2 sprays) to my forearm
The A314 gives a James Bond - like authority. The Honesty softens it slightly, promoting a bond with the target.
P75 is masculine without being sexual; it is “large”, and supports the A314 without being intimidating. The P83 tends to act as a disinhibitor, softening the masculine edge of the P75.
The Instant Shine promotes a Feel Good factor, and can give the impression of youth (according to Tisha), always useful for us older guys.
I have been using this combo at work for almost 2 weeks, and seems to be gradually inducing the Fallout Effect in the target.
After work, if we go for a drink, I add a spray of normal Ammunition mixed with P83, to step up the sexy feel as the other 'mones wear off. (Although the A314 lasts for 8 hours at least). The P75 also hangs on for longer than the others.
