Yes I do think TUTH will work on latin girls but like I said use it buffered with IH. On its own it would be to over the top.
Use a three to one ratio. 1 spray of TUTH 3 sprays of IH. If that dosnt work try one more spray of IH. You dont want to go high with the TUTH. Use one of those sprays on top of the TUTH application.
The IH will draw here in and make her feel comfortable and connected. Then the TUTH will sneak in under the radar and arouse and interest.
I think the problem your running into that is causing discomfort to here is that the products you have been using are not big in the comfort department.
Since your waiting to buy IO and Ishine and you have IH already I suggest when you order those two ask in the note section for a sample of TUTH. They are really good about that.
