Airplanes, traveling and bringing pheromones?

Did anybody ever bring mones while traveling on a plane? Is it safe? Will the air pressure while up there make the mones bottle leak out or something? Also are we gonna have trouble over security with these products? Thanks

The air pressure thing would be no different than transporting cologne. But I’m interesting in how to get those things past security. If the TSA sees them in my 1-quart baggie, how do I explain what those are? I don’t want to get pulled aside and be questioned just because some overpaid government lackey wants to make himself look good. And I don’t want to check them either, because the airline might break them or lose them.

Camouflage them by including many other similar sized products: dollar store eyeglass cleaner, anti-fogger, personal grooming aids.

I always seal sprayer caps with clear tape. It may not be perfect protection against air pressure changes, but it’s something.

There must be hundreds of threads on this already!

Personally no problems with them in hand or hold baggage - within Europe and transatlantic. I put them bagged and in a good quality snap-seal box to protect from any leakage if they are going in the hold but togos in my liquid bag in hand baggage with other cosmetic products have all been fine and officers have barely batted an eyelid.

Don’t take the labels off or do anything to camouflage them in a way that that may make things look suspicious - a commercial/pro-printed label is actually your friend here. Officers have looked at mine but quickly moved to other stuff instead and of course don’t take any quantities you are not prepared to lose/ditch if the very worst happens.

I hope AD never puts international warning labels on their products because that is the only thing that has recently got any liquids of mine seized - e-cig fluid, Germany. Apart from that good whisky in Finland (exceeded maximum ABV law), but customs gave us the choice of ditch it or drink it, so we rose to the challenge!

The only places you might have real problems are some Middle East countries where the import of (and in some cases even transiting with) any kind of alcohol product is banned, Mexico and a few Pacific countries where the import of any kind of cosmetic product is similarly banned plus Australia has a specific issue with Androsterone under its steroid laws - so anything labelled as containing that is liable to seizure. More threads about that particular issue here too.

I’ve also been saving Androtics packing slips that come with the products. So if I need to transport pheromones by air (and I usually have the 5-mL to-go bottles), I just pack it with the bottles. This way, I have documentation that says: "thank you, TSA, but your smuggler is in another body scanner.

That said, this is just for domestic travel. If traveling internationally, I probably wouldn’t bother with pheromones at all. Customs agents are just too unpredictable.

Shipping docs/packing slips - that is a very good idea.

You re missing-out then.

Unless you are a linguistic marvel who can speak languages like the locals, going to another country often means a far greater reliance on physical/nonverbal communication as an adjunct to your foreign language skills (of any standard) - and pheros suport/complement this superbly.

Just say…
“These are what I’m going to use to get some action from the stewardess in the lavatory.”

It’s funny that you mentioned this. I remember traveling to a foreign country where I didn’t speak the language: Israel in 2006. One night, my tour group went to a club. I found myself dancing with a local girl. By then, I lost count of what I drank. Neither of us spoke the other person’s language, but you know, music is a universal language, and dancing is music. We communicated almost entirely by hand gestures and facial expressions. I managed to tell her my name and that I was American, but not much else. She was very affectionate with me on the dance floor; more sweet than sexual, but it still felt so good.

I was even wearing pheromones that night: Realm cologne.

I have never had a problem carrying pheromones in carry on. I have never been asked about them. If I am ever asked, the answer is “Colognes”.

That’s the one that contains a small amount of A1/EST isn’t it?

Which would be quite in line with her sweet/comforted/affectionate but not very sexual response.

Yeah, that’s the one. I remember paying almost $40 for it, when I bought it before my Israel trip. Now, it’s gone into obscurity, if it’s around at all.

Either way, I really liked the hits it got me from that Israeli girl. I was 22 at the time, and she was even younger. I was a lot less experienced back then, so the low-level hugging/snuggling stuff had a much stronger effect than it does today. Especially considering that it happened with barely any talking. Which was impossible to begin with, due to the English/Hebrew language barrier.

Through security now and once again, nobody batted an eyelid at my bag of pheros.

BTW - how much do I really hate airports at five in the morning..! :frowning:
