I have had no experience with pheros before so this is basically my log on them 
feel free to comment!
Ok so first time i got them i had a 3 hour train journey to face, i sprayed on instant gentleman two sprays to the neck. I do not know if this was a placebo or the pheromones but i felt more confident and relaxed at the same time like i was an alpha dog but didnt care what others thought i was just chill.
I got a hit from a 30 something woman sitting next to me at the station she kept looking at me up and down while i just laid back in the chair chilled.
I met my girlfriend on the train and had a great journey not sure of the hits here but i made her laugh so much she said it was the funniest time of her life! literally had her crying of laughter! IG or not???
We got to our flat and i showered so i could clean of the IG
That night we hit town with friends so i decided to do my phero baptism

Had great hits talked to people that i rarely talk too and we had great converstations and a lot more friendly and open than normal! got an aggresive hit of a male friend but he was trashed and being a dick to everyone so not the pheros i dont think.
Tried out IS and IG on a trip into town yesterday with the gf and had some good results fun and friendly but got some unusual displays of public affection which my gf doesnt usually do
Oh yes also i sprayed on two squirts of tuth and i would say that it succesfully worked this time…
But now for the serious stuff sweet spot testing!
Its day one and im not sure what to pick?
I think i might go with instant openness?
any thoughts?
