I am new to pheromone, and just got my order of Ammo, IO, and IH (all togos).
I tried 1 spray regular strength Ammo on my chect this morning before going to the bank, and then to the office.
I realized that I got slight headache just about few minute after apply one spray of Ammo + 2 spray Usher man cologne. (I just got both for the first time). I dono what cause this headache, cologne? Or Ammo.
I am a cologne lover, and have never problem using cologne. But for phero, this is my first try.
Beside the headache, I have not notice any hits. i know this is just because today is saturday, and the bank was so quiet, only me and a few cashiers behind the glass wall there. Then back to the office, there is also quiet, just walk straight to my room, just me.
Could anyone give me some ideas about this effect?
I will try it again when i am out with friend this evening, and report back the result.
ammo has -none in it so if you are sensitive to -none, you may get a headache. for me personally -none makes me hot and i get flushed. over time as you continue to use pheros you will get used to it. on your next testing day try one spray of ammo only. then, on your off day, try one or two sprays of usher man. this way you can see which is giving you the headache.
Or you could have been a mere coincidence and simply got the headache something else. You can’t pin it down with one try. Now if you try Ammo several more times and each time get a headache, a clear pattern has been established. To be fair, test Ammo as a standalone–leave out other mones and colognes. Otherwise how will you know which component does what? Frankly it is more likely the 3 sprays of cologne caused the headache and not the mones. Why? Mones are natural substances our bodies produce and we have been exposed to all our lives. Cologne scents are about as unnatural as it gets.
Anyway, the androstenone content of a single spray of Ammo is extremely low–2.5mcg. It is unlikely that particular mone was the cause. If it was, you’d need aspirin each time you hit the gym or need a shower!
Realize Ammo’s scent is cologne strength in terms of scent. It is designed to be used on its own. Covering it with 2 sprays of Usher is crusin’ for bruisin’: basically a cologne OD. Now too much cologne does give me a headache! Also, you must have a numb nose to wear 3 sprays of cologne without hurling. You really don’t want to to be known around the bank as “the cologne guy.” Big turn-off to most women. Wear the essence of a cologne–almost a suggestion–and not walk around in a cologne cloud with scent trail…

Frankly speaking, I might be the cologne guy hahahahah. I usually wear two sprays of any cologne every time out, and I love heavy cologne than the light one.
Anyhow, still have many things to learn and experiment. Lov ya all!
Guys, after browsing related post, I got the answer to the question.
The headache might be caused by One spray of ammo to the upper chest, (then I lower down my nose to snift it hardly right after the spray)
I might load my neutrotransmitter with strong pheros that had jus been sprayed. As Tisha commented in another post of TO HOLD BREATH for a few seconds after applying to the area close to your nose.

later this evening, I went out with friends, spraying 2 sprays of Usher man cologne, and 1 shot of ammunition to ma wrist, 1 shot IO to the lower chest, and 1 IH to side of the neck. and I felt so good, not as the morning headache. yet everything seem to be as usual with few eye contacts and smiles from gals when I went to the shopping mall. (this is common even if i am not wearing pheros).
I will try it again tomoro, and report if there will be noticeable result.
Yes, if you often get headache from cologne, you might have some kind of allergy.
I use to have allergy too, but not to cologne, but to environment/dust, I always get flu and headache as a result. and I think it is because of some kind of bacteria inside us causing this.
After using oxiginated alchohol free mouth wash/oxygenated+seasalt mouthwash 3 times a day to clean throat, tonsil, tongue and mouth, I have never had this allergy anymore for almost 2 years now.
For cologne, I cannot go out without two sprays of it, without it I think that there is something missing in me. hahaahahha.
try to stay with one product only at a time, and gradually increase the sprays each day. be sure to look carefully for results and if anything is different from other days. once you do this for each phero that you have, then you can begin to use them together.
