AMMO F22 vs AMMO F20

So I have used Ammo F22 about 12 times and I have used Ammo F20
3 times

On 2 occasions I placed F22 2 sprays on the left wrist and F20 2 sprays on they right wrist. I asked several women to smell both. The result:

Both fragrances were well received and they were both liked. Reliably, F22 was preferred over F20, with the qualifier that “they both smell good though. One woman said the F20 “smelled like soap but it still smells good” Maybe she has a soap that smells like F20. I personally think the F20 has a powderry smell.

As I use F22 both in Ammo and Mx353 I find myself liking it more and more. I have sprayed extra Ammo F22 on myself several times for the fragrance effect on me, without regard to the pheromone effect on me or others.

Thus
Ammo-F22: 2 thumbs up
Ammo-F20 1 thumb up

Very interesting, thanks!

I don’t have FF20 Ammo but I did have the FF20 scent tester and I discovered that it seemed from what I experienced that age was a big determiner in which scent people (women) liked best. The younger crowd really seemed to go for FF22.

How old were these women?

I wish I could comment on the differences using the two AMMOs. However I have been able to try mx353 using the FF22 scent. I know that the mones will change the scent, but based off of mx353 I love the scent. Initially, I really enjoyed the scent, but at one point several hours later I smelled a faint hint of burnt rubber! The smell of rubber wasn’t bad enough to turn me off, but it was kind of a weird smell. The subsequent times that I have tried mx353, the smell has remained great without any of the burnt rubber smell later on. I have asked one other female in her early 30’s about the smell and she said it was OK though. To me (using mx353) FF22 is on the opposite end of the neroli scent. Not musky like akuto. It is a sharp smell, not subtle at all. More like the Armani cologne- acqua di gio. Definitely not a smell you’ll be able to cover but wouldn’t want to either.

whats does FF stand for?

and how does one tell if they have FF20 or FF22?

Not sure if they ever said what FF meant other than that it was the code for the scents they were trying out. If you have a 30ml bottle just check the sticker on the bottom. If it is a 5ml you could decide by when you got it. If it was back at the end of October/beginning of november it is likely FF21. If it was mid to end of November it was probably FF22. If it was in December it was FF20.

hmmm interesting. I just looked at mine, and it says version 1.8 …
So has my ammo been modified?

Here’s what I wrote in another thread

To me, FF20 smells originally like subtle citrus/oranges. However, after the initial smell dies down after 15 minutes it just smells like a good, slightly fruity cologne. I didn’t like it at first but then adapted to it and now prefer it to the game scent. IMO it is a good cologne.

FF22 (or could be 21, not quite sure) smells like linens. It dies down and smells slightly lineny to me and is subtle. It’s not bad, but I do prefer ff20.

I’m curious to see what other people have to say about this

hold on. Am I missing something because I wonder why they don’t just have ammo in neroli like the other pheros. There wouldnt be so much fuss about the scent.

Ammo is such a great product the cologne smell is a bonus but if I buy Ammo again it will be for Ammo not for the cologne smell. The only thing I see about the smell being important is if they are aiming it a specific market and want feedback on same. Personally a version with just the neroli or a neutral scent would be fine for me.

The woman ranged from 27- 49. I did not appreciate a difference in the ages with regard to repsonses as the responses were quite uniform for me.
