Man so I’m back in the mones game, back in 2011 I was really into mones and my staples were Ammo, IS and A314. I was having the time of my life.
My sweet spots:
3x Ammo
3x IS
2x A314
I didn’t use all of them together, combo of two or 3 back then and all well standard strength.
Now I’m 30 years old, Asian and I need some advice. Would you guys suggest getting 2x strength for AMMO and IS?
2x IS is unlikely to go wrong at any age and its a good economy measure. After all, how many of us use just one spray 1x?
Its more difficult with your being Asian but at 30, you are in the frame for heavy Ammo and if you were using 3 sprays effectively back then, it is likely you will need to go-up a bit six years later.

It varies - both as you age and as your targets age in fact IME a woman’s response to mones changes much more markedly compared to a man when she heads into her thirties and beyond - a more obvious liking for overt sexuals and in a wider range of situations plus maybe a more subtle shift from social to status mixes. Around thirty it probably won’t be that much but eventually it can rise very significantly.
Start with your old dose and increase one spray at a time till you find what works best.
