Ammo is none balanced by equal quantities of nol and rone, so its about the least likely to give you problems with that age range and you will also see a big change in none response within it. The younger end is far more likely to respond to a lower dose whilst the older will generally suit a bit more.

In most indoor situations range is around 8-12 feet and the closer the better. In a hot club or the like you may get more range due to increased diffusion but hits across the room are usually a sign of overt interest and that you need to get a lot closer to let the mones help things along nicely!
