I just have a few questions about these 2. Which 1 is better to use on a daily base, going out with friends, working etc?
I have heard both of these are a good base to use along with other products, but what about as a standalone product.
Do both of these products contain androstenone?

I’d say AMMO, just because it’s an all in one spray. A314 is great too, but it serves you better for work, or for when you want to display a certain image. Of course you can use both daily, but AMMO would be my choice.
Not too sure what is in A314 exactly. However, AMMO has -none for sure.

Ones and SUV the other is a sports performance car. Really two different things, but if I had to choose between the two it would be A314 any day of the week

well as far as i know, ammo has friendly buffers, it gives off the party goer vibe… alpha gives off a commanding vibe, so thats why its better for work… if u are out in the bars u want a nice atmospthere, so go with ammo
would a314 scare away girls younger than 25?
