I usually use Instant Shine and Instant Openness. I have 2 bottles of Ammo however i haven’t used it in some weeks. I didn’t get any noticeable hits with ammo. Maybe I can put Instant Shine and Instant Openness to a side and try to use ammo alone.

More info, AMMO is bad in the morning when other males havent naturally started to accumulate their own pheromonses. In the morning everyone has no pheromones so everyone are friends, after 5 hours into the day, alliances are made and ennemis are made. when is walk up to people right in the morning with AMMO they are a little intimidated, heck, most are already when im squeeqy clean just dressed cool. Thats the best part. The women in my group of friends are having the following effects from being around me.
- Their cycles are almost all synchronized, which tells me exactly when i need to use IFM, and when something with a little androstenone is in order.
- Their menstruation days are few, but intense, so i seem like the only man that understands them and other men run away screaming.
- They seem to have better self control on their diets and seem to be much more health-conscious.
- They seem wittier, happier, perkier, dress better/sexier, more outgoing.
Its almost like their bodies are trying to keep them ready for something. Its better than being alpha male. Its like most favored male status plus the women around me are at their best.
But its not Ammo that i was using. It was MX103.
