Can someone please give me an honest no BS compare/contrast between the same product being offered by two different companies. Both companies offer A314. Is it the exact same product or is it different? If it is different, how can it be named the same (copyright)? Does one have more mones in it? Once again, if so, how can they both be named the same thing if they are different. Anyone who truly knows the difference or similaries please respond in honesty. Thanks.
Love Scents gets their A314 from Androtics. Last I heard the version of A314 LS has contains 9 molecules, and was an older version of the product. I believe that the latest Androtics version contains 14 pheromones.
I have seen a couple members who prefer the older or LS version of A314, although I have never used it. I do have the latest version of A314 from Androtics, or at least close to the latest version, and it is a terrific product.

Well…yes and no…I guess I’m looking for a “there’s a big difference,” or “there’s really no difference” from someone who has used both. I also don’t see how if Androtics has more mones in it, why wouldn’t it be labeled something else like “A314a?” The same label throws me a little. Supposedly LS A314 has 9 mones while Androtics A314 claims to have “over 17” mones in it. It was explained to me that LS A314 is the same base product as Androtics A314, but LS has only 9 mones, while Androtics has over 17 mones. If so, does more mones = better product? Is that the general concensus, or is it a crap shoot? I really don’t know, but I want to hear from experienced users because I’m a ROOKIE. The reason I want to know is because LS sells a 15ml A314 for the same price as Androtics 10ml A314!! If there’s realy no difference in the product, then I’m stupid to buy this particular product from Androtics.

Its like those F-15 fighters the US sells to other countries. Its the older version probably with less advanced avionics and older parts. Its cheaper for a reason. US however keeps the newer version of the F-15 with more of the goods inside since they are the ones who develop and improve on the jet.
No country in their right mind will sell the latest tech to other countries; not unless you want to be bombed to kingdom come when a war breaks out. Yet they are able to make some money off these ‘second hand’ vehicles.
Okay, I get what you’re saying and I can’t disagree with the rationale. However, I must ask, have you tried both and like the latest avionics from the new F15 better than the old standbye, or have you not tried both and are replying based on this common sense theory of newer means better? Keep in mind “New Coke” (laughter).

I’ve tried both and honestly can’t tell any diff in target responses. I seem to recall LS A314 is a custom batch using the some pheromone formula but to keep the price down uses a non-organic oil carrier. The AD version uses an organic oil carrier. Also, A314’s formula is a moving target with each batch tweaked, so as LS stock runs out, they buy more and therefore get newer formulas. Finally, it seems when I bought the LS version it was 15ml for $70 whereas it was $70 for 10ml at AD.
I can’t say the newer tweaked A314 works better either. Seems about the same. Merely smells a little more like ass instead of hippie incense.
I have both version too. The androtics one smells better, but they dont have too much differences if any at all. But some like G prefer the unscented one, so i guess it depends if you like the akuto of not

That’s good solid feedback and it is much appreciated! I believe I can try both out and send one of them back. I think I may do my own little “A314 taste test” to see which formula works better for me.

My personal desired results are for females to become attracted. Status, confidence and respect certainly influence attractiveness.

Erm, trying out both and sending one back isn’t too cool. They can’t re-sell what you’ve opened and used.
The results of any test will reveal the same target results as both use the same basic pheromone formula. It comes down to whether you want 5ml more for the same price or an organic oil. I agree, it’s unscrupulous to buy with the intention of returning. Both AD and LS are both honest small businesses and we’re lucky to have them. You should try some of the others out there…
AD changed the scent in A314 in late 2007. So earlier variants from both LS and AD will smell more “hippie herbal.”
I believe Androtics worked especially hard in making later versions of A314 a little less serious and distancing. I have both versions, but haven’t used the old one enough to tell you if they really suceeded with this. But given the things I’ve read about these versions I’d say: If you want the most in terms of respect and you are okay with becoming unapproachable for a lot of people try the old one from LS. When you want respect but are not into the distancing factor try the new one from ADR. Of course you can always add factors that would counteract the distancing like IS and Instant Openness, but I guess it will be harder with the old one…
Yes you are right, i think i got more friendly and less distance results from androtics a314. Even they are almost the same like i mentioned before, if it is an important occasion i will indeed wear the newer a314. Maybe just a placebo thing, but i kind of prefer it just a little bit more
i think the best way is to try it out yourself, however i agree with carrie, returning one of them is not very cool.
I normally wear A314 with Scent of Eros or other androstenol products. So maybe that accounts for not noticing any diff in reactions between different versions. Somehow I doubt it though. I recall a few years back when I first bought LS A314 I wore it solo for a week and didn’t notice any “distance” problems, but maybe I’m too friendly naturally and counterbalance it. At that time I felt it could benefit from a good dose of NPA/The Edge as A314 was on the subtle/mellow side. Realize I can also wear large doses of chemset -none to no ill-effect… Whatever, you can’t lose with either version, and I’d be happy if anybody gave me either one!

I had overly positive convincing results with the EO version.
I’m having overly negative (and convincing) results with the Akuto version.
So if you’re looking for A314 to convince you, any version will do. Results vary.
Depending on where you live, LS won’t deliver (France for example).
what kind of negative results did you get with the Akuto version?
people dont accept the smart side. Like not accepting the smart side, a bit like a geek.like “oh yo think you re smarter than me?you ll see”. whereas with eo version people would say yes to whatever I said or do.to me the eo version “breaks” the unacceptance or selfdefence. akuto doesnt.
Sorry to bump this, but I haven’t quite understood the difference between A314 from LS and the one that we can buy here.
Androtics website says: “You get 23.8mcg (micrograms) of 9 human pheromones in each drop of Alpha A314.”
So, it’s not a question of total number of pheromone molecules.
Why is AD A314 considerably more expensive than the version LS sells?
2B, the web site is a little out of date. They have been twiddleing with A-314 a bit and are now up to something like 16 mones in their version. Also, they use a more expensive EO in their version. The AD site is now a more accurate description of the love scent version. in either case they are both about 80% rone.
