A314 is definitely a great selection and TUTH has some great uses. If you’re in shape you might already produce enough -none. However it’s always good to test out your limits and sweet spots with each pheromone. What I can tell you is that you should always get a “Social” pheromone like Instant Shine, Instant Openness, or Instant Honesty. These can help buffer the effects A314 gives off. I’ve personally worn this with and without socials so either way is fine. It just helps augmenting your signature.
