Hello, I am from California. I have used Pheromones in the past and had good results. I have never done any research or remembered which products I was using but fortunately had good results from products given to me by friends.

I am in my mid thirties and very outgoing in social settings. But at work I tend to be soft spoken in the work environment. I plan to use the A314 that I have recently purchased for the work environment. I work with a lot of people and I work in a public environment. I have interactions with new people all the time and I want the impression that I am in control, like a leader. I have used Pheromones in the past before but not exactly sure what the brand was because my friend gave it to me. My old pheromone seemed to have a positive effect on females. I often hear females whispering about me and talking about me later in a positive way at a club or social setting with the other pheromone. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Does A314 work outside of the work environment because I might use it in social settings also. It came with a turn it up sample, but I have only tried A314 for a day. So far it has the effect of people being friendly towards me but doesn’t seem like a female attractant. I used one large drop on my skin today.
yes you can use it outside the work enviroment, I wouldnt say a314 is for attraction but for selection, regarding the woman. You will get more attention of woman of high caliber with a314.
Yes, it does. I use it all the time, like to meetings, appointments and those instances where I want to send or reinforce my intended desire or objective.

Thanks everyone for your advice! I will search for answers and post my results as the days go by. 
I noticed I have a sensitive sense of smell and all the different types of pheromones I used before and my current one gives me headaches. I know that the scent is very subtle but it seems very strong to my nose. I usually put one drop on my chest, under a t-shirt then wear a collar shirt. This may sound strange but where should I put the pheromone?
Yes, you can put it on your ankles, many people do just that, because there are pulse points there (kind of like the ones on your wrists).
Do you recommend wearing on my shirt so that it doesn’t mix with my body chemistry?
Results after wearing A314: I have been wearing A314 for a few days and noticed women at my work place being more chatty and coming up to me but do not find any sense of sexual vibe from them or flirtation that I am aware of. More like smiles from afar or grins from females in the hallway. I had females lingering around me that I have not met before but more curious or waiting for an introduction from me. I am use to wearing a pheromone like Ammo and getting more instant flirtation, but these were findings since I am very observant and trained to do so.
As far as males are concern, I had two or three of them apologize to me for reasons which seemed to be drastic. I had one guy apologized for wanting and waiting for my table at a restaurant. I had the manager apologizing for bringing my food late. I also had another apologizing for not having my shoes in stock at a department store, which does not happen often. I also feel more intimidation from males around me or afraid to approach me, which is not what I want especially if he is the waiter on my table.
But I wanted something for the work place and I think this one will be good for the workplace. I just might need another added pheromone like instant gentleman or honesty so that the males in my workplace would view me as more approachable after wearing A314.
Pheromone products are meant to be worn on the skin so that they can properly diffuse, although some can be applied to the hair also.
Certain products that contain -none like Ammo and TUTH need to be more carefully applied, because the -none is sticky and very difficult to wash out of clothing.
Yes, it is good to soften A314 to increase your approachability, and Instant Honesty is my personal choice, because it adds a vibe of trust and comfort to the mix.
