checked my tracking and now my package is now at london heathrow, so should be here tomorrow, but what time does it usually arrive as i want to be in, can i ring and get a time? anyone help, thank you,=.
Can’t ring DHL for times unfortunately. They seem deliver to me in the late afternoon but it entirely depends on where you live in relation to the airport.
If you have a nearby DHL base, you can arrange to pick it up there (bring ref number and ID) and in the past, I have been able to get them to drop off to me in the evenings but that may well be bacause a member of their staff lives a couple of miles out the road from me and he clearly drops-off from his own car, in normal clothes instead of in uniform from a company van. Good customer service that. 
I got mine delivered this morning 7:35, and I live in Scotland. Its my first order, so I cant wait to open the box when I get home tonight!
The next stage after London heathrowon your DHL status will be ‘shipped at your local DHL depot’.
Although I don’t live in London area, My item usually get delivered between 12 - 2pm, although there has been on a few occasions where I haven’t received my item late till after 4pm , so when i rang my local DHL depot to see what’s going on as the status says it’s on the delivery truck but still haven’t arrived, then be told that either the DHL driver got lost or that the DHL driver wasn’t aware my item was on his truck since the regular driver is off, stupid excuses
