applying pheroes (all day cycle)

Okay so im headed home for the holidays and basically im gonna be in social environments almost all the time, so i wanna know what a good cycle for applying pheromones would be.

My two mixes i use are:
2x IG, 2x IO

or

1x AMMO, 1x IO

question being, starting from 9 am in the morning till maybe 10 PM at night, how and when should i keep these pheros on? should i scrub and clean applications spots before applying next shot? or just spray it again?

help please! i wanna keep these effects!

ps: ive stayed dry from pheros for a week and a half to reset myself 100%

I think with the products you listed and your application amounts you should be able to just spray them on without much concern. They can last from 4-6 hours just keep that in mind. If you want to scrub your application points go ahead it won’t hurt. If you are switching from mix a to mix b washing your aplication points may be a good idea, but not necessary. I wouldn’t recommend reapplying till hour 7 or at all if you are still seeing effects IMO. Everyone’s body is different and your body may diffuse mones differently than others. If you re-apply too soon your 2x IG and 2x io turns into 4x ig and 4x io. Good luck!!! I think you’ll be ok :stuck_out_tongue:

Also it’s colder out, so the diffusion is a bit slower IME. in the summer I was getting 2-3 hours in winter I can get in the upwards of 5.

If its AMMO I would try and scrub it down IF you’re applying more AMMO. Since -none tends to be sticky, and you’re 19, you might have some buildup of excess -none. Having socials there definitely helps out.

Question on re-applying. When you say Re-apply does that mean for instance if I started with:

3 sprays Ammo to the neck
2 sprays IS
2 Sprays IO

Do I repeat the exact same ammount on the reapply? or do I just do one spray each to kind of refresh it a bit?

I never do, but then again it depends on how long after initial application you wait for re-applying.

I do my refreshers anywhere from 2.5-4 hours after and I usually only add 1 spray of anything none based and two tops of any social as a refresher.

If it’s like 5-8 hours later then I could see you doing a bit more, but I’d still refresh slowly (i.e. go up 1 spray at a time when refreshing).

How long before i need to refresh ammo?

I read it has -NONE in it so does that mean it will last 4 hours hen just do one spray?

Ya I always run ammo refreshers slowly after 4 hours of initial application. Start off w/ one spray… see how you feel after that one new spray and how those around you react the the added spray.

If you don’t feel like you’re ghosting from none (aka none OD) then go ahead and try another spray of ammo.

It’s really one of those things that you’ve gotta test
some people can re apply quickly some people have to wait a while…and even then some people can only take 1 or two refreshers of ammo whereas others can get away w/ 3 refresher sprays after initial application.

Just make sure you start slowly and take note of how others react to the refresher spray :wink:

I usually did, back then A314 + 2x AMMO + 2-4x IS

What I used to do was take an empty to-go and do the same ratio of sprays. And if need be spray 1x of the to-go as needed.

Honestly though, as time passes, I don’t feel the need to refresh anymore. I’ve rarely taken refreshers with me because I later learned that mones are just meant to help with your fun for the night, once you get the ball rolling, your personality and everything else will take over.

The ONLY exception I hold to that, and would bring is TUTH. I keep it in the car at times to help out, just in case.
