Aromatic Pick Up Lines

LOL, and noone comments on mine except for Otter… Really Bella… Did not care for mine?

The essential oils trick is a really good idea! I’m gonna use that sometime. I usually put a little pink sugar on so I’m not lying when I say it’s that (though many guys disagree insisting I’m wearing something else lol). On days when I’m just wearing pheromones (like IS/a) I usually just tease people and say “hmmm… Idk… maybe it’s my hair .” Neroli does a pretty good job passing for hair product and the guys love it on me .

Nice Maromi

I was just answering Mushroom Man’s questions for fun but since you asked, DJ, I’ll be happy to comment.

It’s not that I didn’t care for them. I’m just not crazy about them for opening. I’m not big on remarks/lines that I consider too intimate upon meeting. Though I’m sure some women would love an opener like that.

So, it doesn’t mean they’re not good but, personally, I’d rather hear something like that from a man a little further down the line after I’m more comfortable with him…later in the evening after we’d talked awhile or, better still, after we’d had a couple of dates. That way what would first come off as a line…which it is…sounds more sincere and like the two of you are sharing a lovely moment.

However, for obvious pick up they’re great. A lot depends on the guy. Needless to say, reading them on the page isn’t the same as actually hearing them delivered in your melodious tones. I think they’re rather sweet.

If you struck my fancy and I was interested, you might get away with it. If nothing else, I’d give ya credit for opening period…extra points for creativity. It beats the standard lines and lets a woman know right outta the gate you’re interested in more than being friends. It saves the pain of being cast into the dreaded friends zone when she’s quickly made aware of your intentions. After all, it is pick up.

No man who ever told me I should bottle my essence was simply interested in friendship. They wanted to Locomotion with me.

As for the lean in sniff from behind…I’ve had guys I don’t know sniff me like that…:open_mouth:…creepy DJ, very creepy. Let me dig around and see if I can find that post about
“The Sniffer”. My reaction was… Ew and shoo.

No, I don’t think you’re creepy. If my friends sniff me it’s OK, unless they make a face, then it’s not OK. No, they don’t make a face…lol. I usually smell pretty good.

Bella

Well down to the wire, aside from the sniff a charming man with a rather slower paced delivery and confidence in voice could get away with it. Eye contact on delivery is crucial

I worked in radio for a while… I have excellent delivery… and a voice that resonates, I have been told by one girl she felt as if my voice was coming from inside her chest… she loved it..
