Awkward Socially. What Pheromones to use to make friends?

I’ll make this nice and simple. I’m incredibly awkward and ijust want to be able to make friends. I perform with a company that happens to be incredibly social and I’m just not. I’m awkward and kind of avoid social situations for the most part but I’m at the point now where I just want to go out, whether by myself or with a group, and just make some friends and have some people to hang out with while I’m out of town for the weekend or whatever the case. What should I use?

Pheromones, by themselves, are not going to do all the work in making you friends. They will help make the process much easier though. Instant Openness and Instant Shine would be great for you because those two products are specifically designed to lighten the edge off of social situations. IO will make people chattier and easier to talk to, IS will give you sort of give a magnetic presence, hence the word “shine,” and bring out others’ happiness as well.

Ammo would work well if you want to add a “sexy” vibe to your presence, and Instant Gentlemen may help to take away some of the awkwardness that you think you’re emitting. It’s gives off a very cool, warm, calm, relaxed type vibe. Try to be congruent with the pheromones you’re wearing, though I think you will be if you’re consciously making an effort to be social with others.

Maybe try 1 or 2x Ammo, 3x Instant Openness, 2x Instant Gentlemen. That’s one of many possible combinations and honestly, the only way to find out is to test it for yourself. Others on here will recommend you find your sweet spot, which is testing each product individually with 1 spray and gradually increasing until you find the best results.

I hope that helps.

All those above are good - Also look at IH and particularly the IH/IS combination - which is a deeper/feelgood/get to know you paring that helps build on the initial contact made by IO or IS/IO.

Also consider P74 - Which is another good friendly/connecting/bonding peoduct and for just friendly purposes, dose in the 30-60mcg range but attraction, keep it below 30.

Hey man,

It seems that you wish to socialise, but struggle to express yourself, therefore avoid certain situations. This is social phobia/anxiety.

I would only only use pheromones as an aid, not a cure. I would speak to a therapist for a psychological assessment to judge whether professional intervention would in fact be better. Forms of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) aim to help those with depression/anxiety disorders cope with their thought trails.

I’m not saying you do have it, but by you saying you avoid social situations, although you wish to socialisez, does signify the possibility.

Good luck

You need somthing to help you express yourself, be honest with your self, and comfortable sharing your opinion.

I recommend mx297 2 sprays and 20mcg betanol. This mix gets rid of any social awardness from me. And people will engage me alot more.

5mcg p130 5mcg p96 5mcg alpha-nol.

This is a good social, beats IO.

Dont forget p74.

And as mentioned IH/IS combo is a good friendly mix.

Mmkay, it appears that IS, IH, and IO would be great to have with me. I’m starting to become a bit more open and comfortable/confident in myself too so there’s a big plus. I’ve tried MX297 with great results. And I suppose I should look into this P74 stuff as well. It seems to keep popping up over and over again, haha.

That’s brilliant!

Its good to see things have begun working out for you in such little time, the future can only bring more!

Best of luck

Yes, MX297 is another that I’ve seen perform very well around people with social anxiety issues. However, mX297 is pne of those mixes that people either respond very well to, or not at all. There seems to be very little middle ground and IME, to get the best from it, you do need to be able to step-out of yourself a bit and be more social than normal. Personally, I’m not fond of mixing it with anything (other than a little TUTH) because its social/engaging nature is so good and adding anything, whilst it can improve some aspects, invariably detracts in other ways.

However, the reason i’m not suggesting too many Putatives or MX’s is that these products are not covered by the AD warranty, so if you don’t get on with them, you won’t be getting any money back. All the consumer line products - Instants/TUTH/A314 are fully covered. P74 however is a well-tested/reported-on product and its properties are pretty well understood. I doubt you would go very far wrong there.

And thats why I keep yelling that we need more reporting users :stuck_out_tongue: So more people test it, more results are known about it and we have more products that are well-tested and reported on

Maybe so - but when people are first starting out, it does help a lot for them to build-up a some experience with the proven/warranted products first. It helps no-end when it comes to evaluating single molecules/MXs and they know the score when it comes to returns/exchanges.

Its far from unknown for someone to buy a load of exotic stuff, not do well with it becuase they don’t know the first thing about testing/dosing, then go-off on one against pheros/AD because they didn’t read the small print.

Also, not everybody wants to get into testing straight-off - this guy appears to have some pretty heavy personal issues to deal with using the proven products first before he he’s even in a position to begin testing properly/effectively.

I’m gonna start testing once I have enough experience under my belt and know the full range of effects all the products can have. Probably the best way to do it.

Jumping in too deep can put people off.

Mobocaster, I envy you sometimes for your advice

If I take a good look at OP’s journal, it seems there is more than what meets the eye: Diary of a Gay Man

Now, based on this information and the question being asked here, I am wondering, what would you peeps recommend to a gay African Male, 23 years old, athletic build but socially awkward. Lets start with that first and work from there, shall we?

Almost all of the pheros suggested so far would be perfectly usable for a man, straight or gay in this situation, maybe in slightly different proportions, as they are largely social, feelgood and engaging.
