First of all you sound desperate … too desperate so … any pheromone in your case will do the work and by the way the pheromones alone are not magic, your really need relax breathe and think if a random person came close to you at the street, what make it uncomfortable for you?exactly thats what you should not to do, you better just ask for a direction, a good place to drink coffee, something to invite her later.
I really think is better go to places and do activities that in fact you enjoy, and start talking to girls about those things, without expectactions just try to make new friends it’s like practice.
In other way find a new hobie or something you would like to do and start talking with girls that know more than you in such matter, I am 80% that they will help the newbie in their own hobie.
See pheromones are great but works different in each person, and for you it will be a boost of confidence right away, try the introduction pack for men and move on accordingly to the results you see.

First thing - You need to realise that despite the hype, pheros are no magic bullet and will not override free will for anyone.
However, if there is any attraction/interest there already, pheros will help make your task easier when it comes to presenting the best side of your personality/appearance etc for an overall more attractive package - but you still need to do the work. 
Summer Ammo is where I would suggest you start investigating, along with Instant Shine and IG - they are all very suitable for use around younger women and fairly straightforward to get to grips with.
I should also add that if you start your own thread in the Newbies Forum, giving a little more info about yourself, your personality/personal style etc and something on the sort of women you are interested in and the range of places/situations you might meet them-in, then we can give better-informed advice, whilst you get the $25 GC to help set things moving.
The very best pheromones I have used for the younger women and if you are new to them is very first thing Summer Ammo is need and would start here. Very balanced and can work on even middle to late teen girls.
Another one is MX297 and all on it’s own works well on younger women and would look at Von Phero’s journal and you will see his experience with it.
I would look at these 2 to start with and like others mentioned work on your game to open women up. Younger women tend to like a more social signature.
Some others I have found to work on younger women is A1 in low doses(around 10MCG for me) in combination with other things like S.Ammo
Also MX490-491 in particular out of the Love MX Pack also.
