basic pulse points to spray pheromones would be your chest, wrists and the back of your neck (so they affect others and not yourself). Those are pretty good places to start.
However, i have heard of people spraying in their hair, the arms, the crooks of their elbows, on their jaws and the front and sides of their neck. so there’s a couple of places to choose from.
You can spray it on the skin or on clothes…whichever you like. Pheromone on clothing tends to stay longer than on skin and it also helps to avoid build-ups when you spray too much (without taking any break) on to your skin.
I prefer to spray on my clothing: easier to control (less interaction with sweat and bacteria) and zero build-up (if you change your clothing). Plus, not much skin showing at work save face, neck and hands. I don’t know about you guys but I hate pheromones or cologne anywhere near my face (nose).
I agree with Gegogi, but when I started doing this i realised it has a problem, you have to wash your clothes with special soap or you end having a permanent buildup in all your clothes… pheros last for a very looooong time on clothes and you normally end with a build up of -none and conversions to -none, washing them with normal soap doesn’t really wipe all the pheros sometimes. I ended spraying on the typical places on skin and leaving spraying on clothes beacuse of all this.
I often aim for hair applications. And even if you apply to body/skin, some will transfer to your clothes anyway.
Plus I think only the “sticky” or strong pheromones like androstenone are the type to cause build-up problems. Just mostly opinion on my part based on what I’ve read.
Also I don’t apply pheromones every day so there is time for them to dissipate/wash out of my clothes even with regular soaps/detergents. (Or if I do apply on a near-daily basis it’s usually a very light application of something “safe” like Instant Shine). IMO.
