Sure thing, if they ever get it to me. I just sent them an email. I ordered on Jan 24.
Villain has some stellar reports on their forum. One lady stated it completed the nose to crotch link, and another said she put it on her boyfriend and then proceded to jump him because he smelled so good.
They seem to use a lot of cinnamon. Any thoughts? I hope I don’t end up smelling like a walking stick of Big Red. lol
Visionary, your post is what got me into purchasing it in the first place! I received it yesterday. It is in an open mouth bottle and has no dropper. (also the mailing is not discreet and has bold writings of the lab name like an advertisement on the box, it may not be an issue with other people but it was for me, maybe I should have mentioned it in my order notes). So, I tried a dab yesterday night to test it out. It has a strong incense flowery smell. Too hard to cover. I am thinking one dab might be too much.
I have read other reviews about it on their forum. Most of them seem to be from women, so I don’t know what to expect. The direction says apply some on hand (but doesn’t precisely say where, back of hand or palm or wrists, guess it doesn’t matter). I am wondering how it is supposed to work. So far I am not getting any heavy in the head feeling like I get with NPA or Primal Instinct (doesn’t feel androstenone-y), but one man walking ahead of me suddenly turned around to say “Hi!”. No effects of note on women yet.
Another email from Forest said that I need to focus on what I want in my love life when I put it on. From the forum it seems the hits can be from random people and not from who you want if you don’t focus and have a clear idea in your head. I hope there is some magick to it.
The smell of “the unicorn spell” is nothing to write home about. Infact if I didn’t see the pheromone like results (which obviously I wasn’t expecting) I wouldn’t wear it. It’s a strange herbal smell with no development on my skin. It is mildly offensive at initial application to boot. Nothing pleasant in the smell at all!
nbully,
cool so you have ‘Blinding Glory of Love’ at least with you now!
You are right about the other reviews of it on the BPAL forum being mostly from women but I have pasted below two of the more promising posts from there. So including the ones I pasted in before, two powerful sexual hits from other females when worn by females have been reported from it.
So you tried a dab and thought it was too much to cover… Maybe give it a go as a standalone perhaps in situations where it doesn’t matter so much what you smell like. I mean look at NPA and the terrible scent to it - yet it has powerful effects. In any case, I would try more than 1 dab if you want to see results. Cover it if you have to in ‘risky’ situations.
Follow Forest’s advice about the focusing, and don’t discount the power of magick (not that you are, but I am just saying). I mean pheromones + magick (Twilight Alchemy Lab) oils (and following the correct ‘procedures’ when using them) could be one hell of a combo.
Blood onmy hands:
"This was my first big bottle purchase, and I’m insanely pleased with it. I only ordered it five days ago, so I was shocked to find it in my mailbox that quickly.
Anyhow. I rubbed a bit onto my hands and sniffed. At first it has a light minty undertone to it, like crushing fresh mint leaves, and it also smells a bit rosy. Mostly though, this is a very warm and pleasant musk on me. Musk and light rose.
My sister-in-law walked past me after I had first put this on, and she stopped and sniffed me. She told me that my new perfume was completely amazing and that it actually gave her goosebumps. Everyone in my house seemed to be gravitating towards me and were acting a lot nicer than usual. I hope that this isn’t bringing out any amorous reactions in my family members, but they do seem to be more loving towards me than is usual."
absinthea:
“… As for the effects, I haven’t noticed husband getting more amorous than usual the last couple times I’ve worn it, but I HAVE noticed that at work it seems to make people more attentive to things I say (but not in a love or lusty sort of way, more of what I might expect from a very very dilute effect as purported for “Bend Over”).
Interesting. It seems that the voodoo dieties seem to know better what I actually need at the time and utilize the powers of the blend toward those needs. All the effects from this oil have been along the similar line of attentiveness and good vibes…”
Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab is just now shipping products ordred on Jan 1st-8th. They are increadibly back logged. I should have ordered more than just villain.
Many of these BPAL reports seem to have more of an effect sexualy than many pheromone reports. This doesn’t make any sense to me. Is fragrance realy that stimulating? Oh and what’s with all the magical spells ect… I kinda think it’s a little strang. Twilight claims
This is pretty out there for me. I feel like if I wear these products i’m going to be supporting ritualistic religions and practices which is contrary to my beliefs as I am a christian.
I don’t believe it will have dangerous effects, but this is very strange.
Visionary, I am noticing some things, hearing somethings from the grapevine which might suggest this thing is working (already!), but I haven’t reached any conclusions just yet. I have set myself a target and will be satisfied only if I see good progress. I am not using any pheromones for the time being and will use the oil by itself for sometime.
The smell is very noticeable and I have tried to cover it with colognes. I wonder if that will affect the outcome. Also I am not doing any rituals, just doing some focus work through the use of self-created subliminal music and thinking specifically about what I want. I wonder if that’s enough or if I need to do something else. I am also wondering if application location affects the outcome as well. Say application on back of neck instead of on hand (since hand is covered with gloves these days and some of it wipes off the hand and leaves residue in the gloves). I will probably ask Forest again.
I am getting more attention, more looks and more friedlinesss from people (more from women than men) with it on.
Also amount does not seem to affect the results. Covering with cologne seems to be fine too.
I am still not sure if it is the power of suggestion. Am I seeing what I want to see?
Villain smells pretty good. I don’t know what to think of it yet. The Lavender is very aparent, and it seems a little perfumey. There is a musk that reminds me of Curve and KC Eternity.
I don’t think it smells efeminent, rather…enticing. I leaves me feeling a little curious.
VILLAIN
A classic Victorian men’s cologne: a lavender fougere, with hints of lilac, lime, and citrus musk.
It does smell classic. I will have to give it that. The name fits it well. If I was to picture the person that this scent would corrilate to, it would be the evil prince who is schemeing to surpass his twin brother for the rite to the thrown at all costs. The King being on his deathbead of course.
There is a character in a movie (The name of the movie and actor’s name excapes me) Set in Roman times. (Setting, outside, military camp, father inside a tent.) He is the evil brother, the other being a seasoned military commander and gentleman. While the good brother is away from their dying father the evil one suffocates him. He then emerges from the tent with the news of his fathers passing and how he was appointed ruler by his fathers dying words.
Maybe you have seen the movie.
I also recieved 2 vials. One is NYX the other is Titania
I haven’t worn it out yet. I didn’t get to it until last night, and I went to bed before it wore off.
I’m a little short on time, so quickly: From the vial Titania smells sweet and fruity. There may be a little vanilla in there, but it’s had to say. NYX is a bitey musk. It smells a little perfumey and feminine, which is a little odd for the strenght of the musk. It would over power Villain for sure. Something in the NYX smells familiar. I’m reminded of patchoili (sp*) but once again, i’m not sure. I need to look at what’s in it.
PS my nose is a little screwed up today. I’m a little stuffed up. I’m also new to the fragrance arena, but I should be able to give you accurate descriptions. I cook a lot so breaking down smells is something i’ve aquired.
I got some NYX on my hand by accident. It is strong and a little girly. The musk died down quite a bit, but there is still a nice perfumey bite. It seems like it would be good for a lady going to a formal party.
In terms of length of the scent It seemed to last at a decent strength for 4 hours. I could still smell it on my wrists, but it seemed week. It seemed a little weak to begin with. Not very diffusive. I tipped the bottle over with my finger covering for my first app (one dab). 5 hours later i put on a decond dab + a little off the rim. It smells kinda sweet after drying. I realy like it. It smells fricking awsome if you spray some pheromones in neroli over the top. Instant shine to be specific. The added Neroli brings out the muskiness and realy makes the components of the scent come alive.
Yea well we know about the power of suggestion but you are an experienced user of pheromones so you can tell come on… **How would you rate this head-to-head to a decent pheromone product? Is it really giving you some kind of useful results or is it more like it is interesting that it is actually doing something to people’s behaviour which in itself is unusual in a non-pheromone product?
Also what about the whole attraction stuff-according to the reviews this ‘Blinding Glory of Love’ is some kind of an attractant. Is it attracting anyone (be honest please-no result is a result too )? Have you tried low and high doses a number of times-have you tried focusing on your ‘target’ like Forest says?
Forest said it’s a general attractant, i.e. it doesn’t have an individual vibe. She said to expect to get more attention. Now the magick aspect is that while applying you focus on what it is (type of person) that you want to attract.
I would say it’s been working better for a targeted attention. One of my targets are asian women. Although I have had few asian girlfriends, I have a real hard time attracting them. Pheromones haven’t been much help in targeting asians and haven’t found a consistently working mix.
So I tried using BGOL. Now the times I have tried it with “asian focus” I have found myself among asians a lot, like being invited to an asian rock concert (by an asian guy acquiantance), or a chinese celebration, or being in starbucks and finding seats near a group of japanese females. These cannot be called hits (maybe except the first one). I think it might be the magical aspcet of it, who knows.
Conventional hits have been one of my asian friend mentioning to me that her friends think I am very manly and handsome. One asian girl froze in her tracks and turned to look at me. More eye contact in the library and bus stops (asian girls rarely make any eye contact with me).
Another time a caucasian girl gave me a full mouthed smile with lingering eye contact, which was very reminiscent of a -none, ovulation combo hit. But a bit unexpected as I had again focused on asians while applying.
So, frankly I don’t think it’s a dud! It will last me a very long time considering how little I apply. I put it in a roller bottle and just touch the tip.
I have no idea how I missed this thread up until now.
I have an absolute TON of BPAL oils.
They are very well known to the Wiccan community on a worldwide basis, and many of their oils we use in various rituals, castings etc. I also wear some of them strictly for fun, and you can make a serious dent in your credit card shopping there.
Some are hit and miss, but the majority of their fragrances are to die for, and the quality is out of this world.
Damn-
Just when I thought I was in pretty good shape on pheromones I see this thread!! If Ail recommends it, I buy it… and she is young enough to be mydaughter ! I guess since we are not out on the moors (and have virtually no history as a country or race) the Wicca thing is tough to handle. For some reason much of what you say resonates for me. Any suggestions for a healthy 60yo alpha male wooing a 41yo female that has very little libido because she is being treated for depression? The last time she was off her meds she invested $80k in a failing business with an old flame-so she is VERY cautious! I would like her to be able to accept that I am committed to her. I always wear A314, TAL, & Instant Female Magic around her. I would like to add a scent to round things out.
I have to go to bed as it’s very late here, but BPAL although good for what you want, are NOT the perfumes that I would recommend.
I’ve been keeping another company I use a lot under my hat, but if you look tomorrow there will be a thread in the Women’s forum entitled “Love Potion # 3.”
I’ll be letting out a few of my VERY secret fragrance secrets there, and when I give the link. you will find a TON of perfumes made just for you and your paramour, whatever gender - and their ONLY function? To act as aphrodisiacs, and quite simply, Love potions.
Do they work? Anything magickal can only work if you first believe, but yes, they work extremely well, and that is in part due to the way they originated in spell castings thousands of years ago, and in part due to their blend of ingredients and oils, which are quite simply, REAL Love Potions, mainly made up in the style of Creole Houdou.
