You dont have to wait till its -22 degrees out. We did it here yesterday with real hot tap water and it was only 5 degrees out. Worked like a charm. My son was outside and I took the cup of water out and say hey look and I threw it right at him and his friend. He was astounded when it turned to a misty snow. He was like “Maaaa stop doing magick your freaking me out”. What magick it was science LOL. I love science shit, I will be throwing glasses of water all week with the temps we are having here in the northeast. Yes I know I’m a dweeb.
