In my limited experience with p83, I’ve found that it’s best used as a daytime/low key sexual attractant. In wild parties where everyone is drunk, girls don’t seem to notice my p83 much. Unless, of course, I meet a girl who’s decently sober and we engage in a long relatively deep conversation… relatively rare at a big crazy party.
P83 seems to have a sort of gentlemanly vibe to it, but is really sexual at the same time. I think part of the reason it seems to lower ASD behaviors is it might give off a trustworthy AND sexual vibe. She knows that, not only will you give her a good time, but she’s safe with you. The trustworthiness effect would probably be compounded with some Instant Honesty or a little A314 (too much A314, though, seems to override everything in my mixes).
Interestingly, though, at wild and crazy parties/clubs where a lot of people are drunk, I’ve noticed it’s not as effective as -none in attracting girls. It may differ in different age groups, but college girls at parties seem to like the naughty-in-your-face-I’ll-take-you-on-a-wild-sexual-journey attitude of -none better. We mustn’t forget that alchohol lowers social filters as well. 
Most college girls go to parties for the same reason as guys: get drunk, have a good time with good friends, and to get laid. They don’t mind if a guy is being overly sexual, as long as he’s not acting creepy – and, from my experience, the line between creepiness and hotness is usually crossed by behavior, not pheromones – It’s basically to be expected
P83 is a better daytime sexual attractant, though, because it creates attraction without looking like you’re “coming on to her.” Sort of like her thinking, “You know, he’s a really nice guy… and hot, too!” Also seems like it could be used with awesome results on dates.
The whole “fear of girls on their periods” thing with -none is a little silly, anyway. Okay, so she is a… shrew… to you while she’s on her period:
(a) You’ve just found out that she’s rude on her period. I don’t want a girlfriend who’s gonna treat me like trash every 4 weeks. The best girls have enough common decency to not be rude to you, even when their emotions are fueled by your -none.
(b) Even for just a one night stand, who wants to take home a girl on her period, anyway? 
Now, this is different if there’s a SPECIFIC girl you wanna attract and you know she’s gonna be at the party. P83 might work well. But if you’re just lookin to have a good time, -none seems to be better for those halloween keggers. Keep in mind, though, that my blood type is A+ and have always been kinda the “nice guy,” so I can get away with more -none, regardless of my age.
Maybe p83 works in synergy to p79 as well, though. It might work better at these kinda parties than p83 by itself. I don’t have p79 so I can’t make a judgement on that one.
Note: P83 also seems like it takes longer to work than -none. If my -none works on her, I can see it from within a few moments to a couple of minutes. P83 requires more time with her focusing more on you, which might be hard with a bunch of her friends around.
