Boosting Your Natural Pheromones?

Obviously, the quick and easy (and most effective, probably) way to use pheromones is to buy and apply them, then to experiment and tailor them for your unique desires, chemistry, and tested effects.

But if your body naturally produces pheromones, might there be a way to naturally amp up your own body’s production of these things? For instance, there are several supplements one can take to increase or boost natural testosterone production, would those also have an effect on pheromone production, too?

And what about mental states? Could adopting the right emotional and mental mindset signal your body to start producing different (or the “right”) pheromones?

I’m just curious. Any thoughts or knowledge shared would be appreciated

I am very interested in the subject as well. I am 24yrs old and I take Myoripped that is suppose to have a testosterone booster in it. But with me starting to workout again I feel I will be producing more testosterone anyway.

Regular exercise and diet is the best way forward - several good threads on that here already and one absolute hoot from a guy who wanted to collect and distill his pee! :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

Thanks, Mobocaster,

I realize that exercise and diet is the best way forward for increasing testosterone, but what about optimizing pheromone production? Just read a study on the science forum that showed evidence that women’s brains lit up differently when smelling sweat from a guy who was watching porn vs. same guy who was at a baseline emotional state.

There’s a lot of talk about congruence on these forums, and maybe, just maybe, congruence not only helps to send the right signals, but helps to augment natural pheromones with exogenous application of same…

It’s a thought at least!

A goddamn pioneer if there ever was one!

Celery allegedly boosts your none production. A healthy snack with possible benefits in the pheromone area.

Yuk, I’d rather buy it in a bottle

And our work also identified that eating foods rich in b-vitamins also helped increase the production of certain pheros.

However we were mainly looking at insect repellants and reckoned you would need to eat Marmite/Vegemite in vast quantities to make any major difference. Blech!

Celery doesn’t boost your none production. It actually contains none in it. This is why some use it to increase ejaculation amount.
