This has a very delightful opening of citrus, violet and cedar. It took me a few times wearing it before I noticed the spice as being pepper.
To me the pepper is rather delicate and I usually do not detect it in cologne, but then I like to eat with a great variety of hot sauce concoctions from mild to near atomic. If you don’t like pepper, this might not be for you. I’ve seen comments that there’s too much pepper - but I think it’s great.
As the pepper blooms, the heart is spicy bourbon and it ends in light spicy leather and wood.
The Beat is on the Up Beat. This is one for the active, young and free generation. It is not too sweet and not bitter - just a very pleasing and masculine aromatic journey. Enjoy!
