California: anyone in San Diego, LA or the Bay Area? Considering relocating for work

Here in NYC you can imagine how hard pickup can be. But what I’ve noticed is that I don’t really have PUA skills, I just did a lot of self improvement and went with confidence. For me right now the way I noticed it, being an AD member helped me out 50% if you want to quantify the improvement. It’s not just the pheromones, it’s also the support you get when it comes down to it.

I’m going to schedule a visit out to SoCal soon and NorCal to visit friends and family and see how I like it.

I’ve just wanted to experience something other than east coast and I figured now is really the time to do it. I really appreciate all the input you guys gave

If you stop over in Vegoose, you’re gonna have to let me know.

Been there twice already, I’ll let you know next time I’m there

I grew up and lived in LA most of my life… I moved out to DC for my grad school and professional career 2+ years ago… I would definitely go back though, if I could. Santa Monica, Malibu, Redondo Beach, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Koreatown, Downtown, etc. So many places to go in LA county alone. You can pretty much meet hot women from anywhere around the world: from Armenians to Danish to Koreans to Japanese and so on… of course, last but not least, many sexy Mexicans…

This is pretty much spot on.

I’ve lived in NorCal since I came here in the military in 98. There’s a reason I don’t go back to the East coast lol.

I absolutely love it here. I’ve made an amazing life for myself… have top quality people around me, and pursue my dreams and aspirations daily.

I almost moved to SoCal but the people down there turn me off really bad. I have some awesome friends down there, but the general population is meh.

where in norcal are you? 2-3 hours from the bay and 8 hours from LA makes me think north of Sac.

Lol what’s the one city in the state…make that the country that I’d be too embarrassed to admit to?

Dude, people in LA are cool. A lot more open, fun and easy-going ( which means more FUN and EXPERIMENTAL girls too, lol)than “Hella” speaking people up North and East coasters , lol

I’ve had mixed results. But NorCal looks good from my standpoint, but weather wise, I’m loving the prospect of San Diego.

Things end up being different than the way you planned to. My aspiations for the west coast might have to be put on hold because I can’t pass u p this career opportunity.

Of course, there is one major problem with San Diego.:open_mouth:

STORY

That’s because so many people want to live here.

OMG Jim! What?

Yeppers. High costs, low pay. Everyone wants to live here, so if you don’t like the pay, someone else will. It’s called “The Sunshine Tax”.

Two of the richest zip codes are in San Diego county.:open_mouth:

Ever thought about thousands of illegal immigrants that crossed the border living there? (less than 20 min away from Mexico via 405 freeway, lol)

Good thing I would have been keeping my nyc salary moving there.

Most of the immigrants that cross the border wind up heading a bit farther north to the agricultural regions of the central valley as migrant farm workers.

Ummm… The 405 is in Los Angeles. And yes, most move elsewhere.

I thought 405 goes all the way down to the border. Wait, I think it might merge with 5 close to the border, right before/after Oceanside. I know this; I’ve been to Tijuana many times

It ends when it meets up with the 5 in south Irvine

Exactly, but we do have the 805!
