I’ve been using Ammo and IS 2x for couple of weeks now and got decent results. I am going on date soon and was wondering if using Ammo (2-3 spray on the front of the neck), IS 2x (1 spray on each side of my neck), IH 2x (one on each wrist) and IO 2x (on each forearm) would be OD?
Depending on what you’re after, that sounds like too much social. I would leave out the IO if I was going for sexual and social. Adding IS and IH will make her feel good around you and want to let you know what’s on her mind… she’ll feel close to you. Ammo will give you the sexy social aspect. I might use a bit more Ammo to balance the sexual with those socials… perhaps 3 sprays instead of 2. Better yet, 2 sprays ammo the IS and IH you mention, and 2.5 - 5mcg of straight androstenone to punch it up. That’s what I’d do. But you never tell us what your goal is.
IH is a powerful buffer for androstenone.
Mainly looking for a relationship and if anything happens after its just icing on the cake.
IS,IH,and IO pretty near impossible to OD. I would go with the following…
Ammunition 2 sprays base of neck.
IS (2x) one spray each side on neck and 1 spray split on forearms.
IO (2x) one spray split between wrist.
IH (2x) one spray on each wrist.
Should be a very good mix. I recommend 2:1 ration of IH over IO to lighten the seriousness of IH, but still allow strong bonding. Ammunition will still have a sexy vibe to it and IS well is IS feel great pheromone. Good luck with your date and have fun.
IH is a good one for “relationship”. So is Ammo, for getting her interested. So is IS, for making her want to be around her. So is IO, for making the communication flow. Just have to find the right ratios now. I like RedDog’s suggestion, but I would cut back to 1 spray if IO.

Drop out the Ammo and yeah it would be. At your age stick with the socials and work on your game. You really do not need -none at your age.
but im asian and i read that asians dont produce as much -none as other races
