Can you smell the pheromone or the androstenone in ammo?

[SteveO]

Ammo is pretty well covered with the Ammo cologne scent. Personally I have never smelled anything other than the cologne.

[Denied]

no i can´t. It smells good for me. Maybe compareble to Acqua di Gio or Cool Water.

[akamahyar]

does the ammo bottle lable say pheromone on it? Or on the ingridient part on the back of the bottle?

[denec]

I only smell the cologne scent and it smells pretty good

[Bella]

@akamahyar

Can you smell the pheromone or the none in ammo?

Nope…

I think they use the more euphemistic “human musk” instead of the word “pheromone”.

And here is a reply from JAS

@Jasmin

On the front you see NeuroInfluence Technology, and in the ingredients you see Human Musks.

Those are the trademarked terms we’ve been using for pheromones (and specifically our expanded type of pheromones), since quite a few people don’t want anything in their households with the word “pheromone” itself on it. This way, you can have your cake and eat it, too. You know what the words mean, but other people don’t.

Another benefit is that if other people pick up your bottles and press you about what the words mean, you can give a different explanation than what people have seen in TVs and movies involving the word “pheromones”. Pheromoness work differently in reality than what you see in the movies and TV shows, so this gives you the opportunity to give them a better definition.

“They’re special molecules that effect people psychologically in a number of different ways” not only sounds a lot better than “It makes people into your sex slaves”, but it’s a not more accurate.

Pheromones are cool, but they usually don’t make for cartoon like results! Except for the silly reactions you get with some looser types of people in response to the goofier products (Shine, Liquid Sunshine, TAH, P104, etc.) goofier products, maybe…

is it me or does ammo have the scent of orange? because i can smell it pretty blatantly.

[mockingbird]

Rich, ammo doesn’t smell like orange at all to me

I can smell the cat piss scent of ammo androstenone, when the cologne settle down after you spray it. Not much but just a little bit

[Denied]

Funny, i think Instant Shine and Instant Honesty smell like orange oil! Ammo is different
