You can get these at cabellas. Walmart carries a similar (maybe better) product that has an elastic band and goes around your arm (Us guys could wear it around our ankle providing our pants are baggy enough.
Actually it did come off eBay from accross the pond. They don’t seem to have anything like that anywhere I looked in the US of A. There seem to be a whole load of spiffy silverplated ones with artwork and designs too, but I was after a simple flat one. I also used it to hold medications (ie pillbox), which is what I was seeking in the first place for when I was off at conventions etc..
I have also slowly been working on filling a small zippercase travel type bag with some scented massage oils and an odd assortment of flavored latex things for the heck of it. Planning ahead for hopeful future use. I’ve decided to call it…

When I need to, I now use colored 5ml plastic atomizers to carry / travel around with. I put small amount of a product or a mix in those, carry them casually in pocket or whatever bag I’m travelling / going out with.
I’ve had my moments of metal sprayers being caught in metal detectors at nightclubs, and having to show and explain infront of my partners, and of the glass atomizer neck snapping in the plane in my pocket, leaking all its content into my jeans.
If I wanted to be famous, I’d probably choose another way.
So being casual as if you have a little cologne decant with you, works well.
If you travelling, elaborate belts & boxes are the things to avoid for obvious reasons.
