Cheaper to buy the travel sizes in bulk?

Instant openness travel size:

$20 / 40 sprays total
5 x $20 = $100
5 x 40 sprays = 200 sprays

EDIT: (5 not 2) So if I bought 5 travel size bottles that would be 200 sprays for $100 (Which is the average price for travel sizes)

Instant openness full size:

$120 / 200 sprays total
1 x $120 = $120
1 x 200 sprays = 200 sprays

So if I bought 1 normal size bottle that would be 200 sprays for $120 ( Which seems to be a little high)

So if you buy the bigger bottle you pay $20 more. Therefore it should be knocked down to around $80-$90 so that we have a reason to buy the bigger bottles.

Remember that the togo spray volume is about 20% smaller than the 30ml, so the number of sprays between the two is not quite comparable. You would need six togos (give or take a few percent) for a direct equivalent volume.

But yes, John has admitted that they price the togos to a lower point compared to 30mls. However, the leakage/evaporation issues of the last year or more have left me mistrustful of togos for any kind of long term storage - even though they seem to have got things a whole lot better recently. Having most of a UF2 set evaporate on me was annoying, esp as I was getting really good results with some of them. :frowning:

I dont know why John would say that because its not true.

No, if you bought 2 to-go bottles which are the travel size it would be 80 sprays not 200. 40 x 2 = 80

Its comes out the same pretty much so your not paying higher for the big bottle.

To-go sizes are 5 ml. To equal one 30 ml bottle you need to buy 6 to-go bottles. 6 x 20= $120

1 30 ml bottle cost $120.

Dont go by sprays go by ML. The nozzle on a to-go bottle is a different size. You only get 83% of a 30 ML spray.

I also have to second Mobo. To-go size does not do well in long term storage at all. They are not stored in a light block bottle. The to-go’s are great for trying things out, easy travel and if you cant afford to get a 30 ml but if your gonna spend a lot go for the big bottles.

I meant to write “if I bought 5 travel size bottles that would be 200 sprays for $100”

I wrote 2 instead of 5.

No problem typos happen.

It would be $100 if you bought 5 and you would get 200 sprays that way however you would still not be getting the same pheromone content per spray as a 30 ML bottle. The amount you use is going to be a little higher spray wise to reach your dosage with to-go bottles simply because the nozzle is smaller.

In the end it pretty much all evens out.

I dont remember saying that specifically, if somebody can post where I did I would love to clarify. Either way, can’t argue with the math.

The closest thing I ever remember reading was on a thread where someone was complaining about how high priced IO and IH were and you said you tried to keep the price of the togo’s the same so that might be where he was getting confused.

Here:

Yes, in reference to the fact that none of the To-Go’s have been increased in the same manner as the 30 mLs that were put up higher. But that only applies to a couple of 30 mLs. Your post had made it sound like 5 mLs were not proportional to 30 mLs as a rule. Just want to make sure there’s no confusion.
