The difference of 2.5 mcg of -none per spray isn’t the same for everyone.
I can usually get away with 10 mcg of -none well buffered with alphanol or -rone, but I’m in my mid-50’s.
Some of the younger fellas consider 2.5 mcg to be pushing the envelope.
Regrets, though – experimentation is the only sure route to an answer valid for YOU. I’d suggest you go for the 5 mcg and if it’s too much, try half-sprays or dilute it on your own.
Go for 2.5 mcg per spray at first. Androstenone (primary pheromone in Turn Up The Heat) is something that needs to be carefully dosed to suit each individual person. Too much of it can produce some pretty harmful OD effects, and the most effective amount really teeters just below that point.
At any case a lower concentration gives you better control of how much you apply. If you find that you can wear quite a bit with no problems, upgrade to a more concentrated bottle later.
