Self Effects/Effects on Others: EST is great for getting some extra attention when i’m feeling down in the dumps. My friend ‘M’ seems very receptive to this mone… more than anyone else i’ve tested it on. Not only does offer to feed me but she also enquires more about my feelings when I wear EST around her… so basically she seems more concerned with my physical (food etc) and emotional needs.

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Spent the evening with R… nothing happened between us but it possibly could have. We were watching tv together on the couch and we ended up cuddling. R kissed my neck a few times, on the side with the Instant Honesty, but none of us took it further. I had my hand under his t-shirt rubbing his back but that was it. Little bit confused about it to be honest. I felt like he wanted me to take things further but I wasn’t 100% sure… am I seriously going to have to make the first move? Eeeekkk…
Meant to be meeting R again tomorrow - think I might add two sprays of P83 to the mix. Don’t think i’ve ever worn EST around R. I loved the cuddling but it needs a bit of fire to get things going. Don’t want to jump to EoW in case he thinks i’m coming on too strong! Will report back soon…
What’s his story… I don’t really know to be honest!!! One minute I think we’re meant to be together forever and next we’re fighting like cats and dogs!!! He’s hot one minute and cold the next. We can’t keep our hands off each other when we are alone but he’d go days and days without contacting me. He’s completely enigmatic. We were just getting into a rhythm when I had the miscarriage and things completely fell apart. It’s been three months of crying and tears but hopefully we’re on the mend now… although who knows.
Don’t think i’ve ever worn EST around him, never mind 50 mu. The cuddling was great but that mix (EST/IH) definitely needs some fire to get things going! Today I wore…

Environment: Hangin with R!
Self Effects/Effects on Others: When I arrived at the house, R was sitting on the couch watching tv so I sat down beside him. At the beginning he kept his distance but slowly over time, he was moving closer to me. Of course I was also edging closer to him. I’m not sure how… but he ended up with his arm around my shoulder and pulled me towards his chest… so naturally I snuggled into him for a bit. Seriously didn’t think anything else was going to happen… but I decided to make a move when the perfect opportunity arose!!!
R was complaining about his back being sore from soccer training so I offered to give him a massage. Not sure if he deliberately said it but I decided to make my move. Of course that involved him lying on his bed, removing his t-shirt and me straddling him!!! Naturally I rubbed his back dutifully for a few minutes before I made my intention clear by kissing his back and neck. Don’t think I would have been so bold without the P83/Instant Sexiness A combo. Gotta love that stuff… i’m like super woman with it on. He responded by squirming underneath me and reaching his hands back to touch me so things were moving in the right direction!
R was still playing a little hard to get by the time I had finished so I suggested that he return the favour by giving me a massage! He agreed so I whipped off the t-shirt… and the rest is history!!! I did get my massage but we got distracted somewhere along the way.
Not sure what the future holds for us yet but there will be mones involved! We still have a lot of talking to do but hopefully we will be able to balance it with some fun. Probably won’t get a chance to see him for a few days at least, we’re both busy working for the week but I will keep updating my journal.
If anyone has any suggestions re mones etc… please feel free to offer some advice! Could do with all the help that I can get

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Haven’t worn P130 in ages so I felt like I was starting afresh with the mone. Buffered it with P74 because if memory serves me right… it can make people kind of bitchy. Not entirely sure if it was the P130 but my boss was very authoritative today. Usually she half asks me to do things but today she was almost demanding. I had no problem doing what she asked but usually I float around doing odd jobs as I see fit… rather than being told what to do. My boss wasn’t overly harsh though so maybe the P74 softened things a little. Will definitely experiment some more with P130 tomorrow. Think I might try wearing it solo Also want to try it with P75 at some stage.
very interesting results and keep up the good testing. its long since i posted here but my testing and journey with pheros is on and i am sooooo happy to see where my life is today with them on my side. i could not stop myself after reading your post to stop by and suggset you something, ihope you do not mind it.
so to say, if you really want to take things in the right direction try adding one by one of these to the mix you are already using ( isexi a + P83) add 2 sprays Ih, or P74 2-3 sprays , and later add 2 sprays P78, and maybe sometime later P96( if u have that), gradually introduce each putative to mix each time to you see him and see how your chemistry grows and if you have no patience and want to jump just mix all of them together and top up with pure 4-6 drops of cops, and go boldly to him and do nothing.
you can even try playing with P97 and Mol f 2 spryas to the mix in later stages and see how he becomes putty in your hands.
Probably i know what’s gonna happen, i am still eager to hear what you have to tell us ladies here. have fun and enjoy.

howz life? its very kind and generous to me. doing great and have such great results with mones that i really regret for not able to keep up here and post regularly. i beleive, it would have had helped many of us in the community to go and do more testing boldly. though i have reports in my personal journal in my notebook, its matter of time that i can post them here or upload. reports are past for me but i think they will still help ladies to get hold and understand few testings and how to get good results.
Thanks Grace! I have no P78 or P96 but i’ve been experimenting with ISEX/A, P83 and IH. Sometimes substituting the IH for TAC. It’s one of my favourite mones to wear around R. Never tried TAF in a sexual mix… might experiment with it next week!

From your accounts, I’m very eager to use the TAC & P83 combo. Seem like there could be very interesting results. Unfortunately P83’s rather hard to come by these days…

Instant Sexiness A (2 sprays) + P83 (2 sprays at 10mcg/spray coconut vanilla) and TAC (1 spray at 10mcg/spray coconut vanilla).
Called to see R during the week and this combo was a hit. I was only in the house a few minutes and he was trying to feel me up… P83 is great for breaking the ice REALLY quickly. Gave him a kiss or two but I was determined to spend some quality time with him before giving him what he wanted! If I had been wearing EoW, I don’t think R would have been as easy going. I suggested watching a DVD so he made tea and we curled up on the sofa together. R ended with his head on my chest which was really nice. The TAC adds some softness to the mix which I really like. After the DVD had finished and we had chatted for a while, he asked was I coming to bed… at which point I obliged!
Think i’m seeing R again tomorrow tonight… going to omit the Instant Sexiness A from the mix and add a single spray of TAF. Not sure how it’ll effect the mix because it’ll be my first time wearing it around him. Might add an additional spray of TAC too because TAF can be INTENSE!

Self Effects/Effects on Others: R wasn’t long home from work when I arrived at the house. He was absolutely knackered but his mood was fine. He poured me a glass of wine, we watched some tv and chatted for a bit. About 22:30 I could see that he was struggling to keep his eyes open so I suggested going to bed. REALLY didn’t think i’d get any action considering how tired he was but when he slipped into bed with nothing on… I took it as a hint!!! It was really intense all around but i’m not 100% sure it was the TAF… my head was spinning by the end!!! I ended up taking the lead which is somewhat unusual as well… again i’m not sure if was the mones or R’s tiredness that caused this. Guess i’ll just have to experiment with TAF again. The P83 and TAC were still evident in the mix but not as obvious as usual.
This morning R was was really grumpy and it was clear he was not in the mood for any fun. He got up before me to go to work and left the bedroom without saying anything. However he did come back into the room after a few minutes to say sorry and give me several kisses and cuddles. So it all ended fine.
Not sure about TAF in the mix… will definitely have to experiment some more in the future. Maybe 2.5mcg of P75 would be better…!!!
Maybe IS/A or TAL with P83, P74 and P102 or TAF…perhaps with some cops. TAC might be redundant here. I’m taking a crack at TAL with Rone, P75 and P74 myself shortly. TAC with 75 and None is awesome. I wouldn’t say a girl should wear 75. Tends to put men off. I’d say TAL or IS/A. Just 74 alone gets me loads of attention from men and women.
Thanks for the suggestion - will definitely try ISEX/A, P83, P74 and TAF next time and will report back! I’ve never worn P75 around ‘R’ but I get good results from it in work. If I was going to experiment with it, I’d only be using 2.5 mcg and buffering it with other things!

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Wow… this combo proved to be a huge hit around my friend ‘M’. Sitting on the couch chatting and the conversation was hilarious. M was way more outspoken than usual and she was in flying form. For the last few days she has been a little standoff-ish but this combo eliminated that completely. We are going away for a week on holiday in a few months and I must remember to pack these mones!
Other News: Have seen R a lot lately and things are going really well. Didn’t wear any mones around him the last night - wanted to see where we were without them so I could formulate a plan for the next couple of weeks. We definitely have the spice back in the relationship so now i’m thinking of adding some P74 or Connections XS to the mix.
Update: myself and R had a massive argument today over text/phone! Basically he thinks its his way or no way and he’s very hard to reason with. Meant to be meeting him tomorrow to sort things out. Definitely going to wear some Instant Openess, Instant Honesty and Instant Shine! Will post an update afterwards
Another quick update: In my last post I mentioned that R was acting very strange and out of sorts… he was picking fights with me for no reason, avoiding texts and rearranging plans last minute. Well it turns out he was seeing someone else. I can’t believe it really. I knew something was up but seriously… total shock.
Since then we haven’t seen each other at all but we have kept in contact via text and phone calls, although i’m not sure why we’re even doing that. We’re fighting constantly… I think too much has happened between us for us to be friends. We’ve agreed to meet this afternoon to chat and see if we can sort some stuff out. Ideally i’d like to part on better terms but i’m not prepared to forgive him for cheating on me. I’ll probably wear IO and IH today and i’ll report back later! Wish me luck…

Self Effects/Effects on Others: What can I say really… we talked for over three hours and its officially over between us. The instant honesty and instant openness were great to get the conversation going but ‘R’ was very forth coming with information about his new girlfriend which was truly awful. I feel like we’re going around in circles to be honest - he wants to try being friends again and I agreed but I doubt it’ll work. Only time will tell I suppose.

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Went away with the girls for a few days to a (gorgeous!) spa hotel in an attemp to forget about ‘R’. We had a great time, there was lots of laughing and wine drinking… particularly when I was wearing Instant Sexiness A. When I was wearing it, the girls seemed to focus on me a little more and I definitely felt more confident.
Meeting R tomorrow to collect some of my stuff from him and I think I may wear this mone around him. In the last few months, I’ve been very emotional around him and now I want to appear strong and together… even if I’m not fully there yet!

Self Effects/Effects on Others: As I mentioned in my last post, I was going to wear Instant Sexiness A to meet ‘R’ as I wanted to appear confident and strong. Had to work for two hours before meeting ‘R’ so I applied the mones before starting my shift. Found myself flirting/chatting with more customers than usual, which was a nice change from the last few weeks. As you may already have guessed… R cancelled on me last minute so I didn’t get to see him. He apologized for canceling but he didn’t mention why. He has invited me for dinner tomorrow night in his house so we can talk. Agreed to go although I’m not sure if I want to spend any amount of time with him. Will update when I can
