Thanks for the advice Tisha. Wasn’t sure about wearing mones when I had mono so it’s good to have some solid advice. Only wore mones twice since I was diagnosed but I will take i’ll take it easy for another while.

Have been taking plenty of echinacea, adding drops to water, but i’ve never tried Kombucha tea - will try get my hands on some. My doctor has me on a combination of echinacea, vitamin C, vitamin D3 and floradix. Floradix contains iron, folic acid and B vitamins so I think I have the basics covered! Starting to feel better but as you said - I have good days and bad days.

Self Effects/Effects on Others: The Highlights!!!

13:30 Felt very calm and relaxed wearing this combination. The world could have fallen down around me and to be honest - I would have been cool, calm and collected! Think instant honesty works really well sprayed on the back of my neck - the self effects are still there but they are not over powering…and I didn’t have the urge to tell everyone my deepest darkest secrets! Whew

14:15 My cousin ‘D’ called along to the house to see how I was recovering. Although we’re really close and comfortable around each other - I felt that we connected particularly well today. He’s been having some medical issues (we’re a right pair!) and we talked openly about it for sometime… he even seemed to accept my advice. D has been getting a lot of stick from other relatives at the moment and has been avoiding talking about his health so it was good to be able to talk to him about it. When he was leaving, D gave me the biggest hug and kiss and even lifted me from the ground for a few seconds. Will definitely use Instant Honesty and Instant Openness around him again.

15:00 Called into my friends house ‘M’ this afternoon for a while. Once again I was very at ease and I think the mones had a positive effect on the atmosphere. Usually M potters away when she is talking to me but this afternoon she actually sat down beside me and was still for the best part of an hour. As I was leaving, she suggested that I call in again tomorrow afternoon - which is fairly unusual for her. Although we are friends, usually she says that she’ll see me over the weekend or something similar.

18:30 Called into my aunt and uncle’s house, M & C, this evening for a quick visit. They’ve been on holiday for the last few weeks so it was good to catch up with them. Sometimes I think M & C avoid talking about certain subjects around me, maybe because of the age difference between us, but this evening they were very open. A couple of times they actually said things that shocked me… it must have been the mones because usually they are kinda reserved!

Duration: 6 hours.

Other Observations: Was a bit dizzy this evening and i’m not entirely sure why. I’ve been recovering really well from the glandular fever and i’m feeling miles better. Maybe I simply overdid it a bit today! Hoping it’s not the mones but I will test them again in the next few days. If the mones had caused the dizziness I think it would have happened earlier in the day and not after wearing them for 5 hours! Next time i’m going to add some instant sexiness B too!

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Decided to experiment again with products from the ‘instant’ line… this time using Instant Openness as my main mone. Felt almost giddy and was very chatty for the afternoon.

13:15 Went into a local pet store to get a few things and was approached by a member of staff after a few minutes. Usually I find the sales assistants in this particular store kind of pushy and annoying but today I was happy to talk to her. The girl at the check-out was also very pleasant and started telling me about her new cat. Ended up making small talk with her for about 5 minutes before I could escape. Instant Openness definitely made me more approachable and tolerable.

13:45 Met Mam at home for lunch and apparently the giddiness was contagious! She was vary chatty and excitable. We’re getting our new puppy next week and Mam announced that she’d consider getting a second one so that they could be company for each other. A few weeks ago I had to twist her arm to get one and now she’s considering getting a second one. Interestingly as the mones started to wear off… she started to change her mind again and she seemed a little unsure. When we go to collect Bailey (that’s what we are calling the puppy!), i’ll have to wear this combination again to see what happens. I’d really like to have a companion for Bailey so hopefully the mones will work in my favour! :stuck_out_tongue:

15:00 Went grocery shopping with Mam and when we were in the car, the conversation seemed to change slightly. Although it was still light hearted, the subject matter was definitely more serious. I definitely said more than I usually would have and I reckon she was the same. Instant Openness has a really nice bonding effect and I felt myself and Mam really connected on a deeper level this afternoon.

**Other Observations: **Although Instant Shine and Instant Openness seem to be a good combination, both make me kind of giddy so 1 spray of Instant Shine seems to be the perfect amount. Might try Instant Honesty with Instant Shine tomorrow and see what happens… think I could probably add more instant shine to this combo!

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Instant Openness is magic - pure and simple! Sprayed myself with it and within 30 minutes, Mam was much more talkative. Without the Instant Honesty to buffer it, the conversation was much lighter and I felt kind of giddy. Mam decided this evening that we can get a second puppy - PERFECT RESULT! She’s so much more open and easy going when I wear instant openness around her.

Called to my friends house for a chat and within a few minutes of me arriving, she was talking like crazy. However while I was there, I got an important email on my phone and had to reply to it and my friend seemed kind of put out because I was not paying her attention and engaging her in conversation…which is really usual for her. Apart from that though, we got on really well and spent plenty of time talking. She asked me twice what perfume I was wearing because she really like the scent - I was really vague and said it belonged to Mam!

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Hmmm…not sure about wearing Instant Honesty on its own in work - felt like I didn’t connect particularly well with anyone. For the first four hours of my shift I was working on my own so the only people I saw were customers. Definitely think Instant Honesty is better with people that you know or if you don’t know them, it needs to be buffered with something else - Instant Shine, P74, Instant Openness or perhaps even TAC.

13:00 Co-worker starts her shift - will call her ‘L’.
Unlike the customers, think the Instant Honesty had a positive effect on L. Haven’t spoken to L properly in a few weeks because I was off work but she chatted away to me and she even started telling me about some medical issues that she is having at the moment. She was also asking me for advice on eliminating stress and I agreed to copy some meditation and hypnosis cds for her.

IH has a deeper connection to it. Might be that Wednesday (Hump Day) things were getting a bit over the hump and then here you come along throwing some seriousness on a budding its almost over week :slight_smile:.

L, on the other hand, responded well to the IH and got into that deep connection with you. Even so much to relay personal medical issues with someone she felt a deep rapport with.

You have to keep in mind when wearing any mone how it will effect others and how it will create the vibe you want wherever it is you are going. IH wouldn’t be a good vibe for a party atmosphere where as IO would be. You can still temper something with a little of another but its all about grooving to the right song rather than attempting to create your own. When that happens everyone else is dancing over there looking at you cross-eyed thinking you are raining on their song.

Just like I wouldn’t wear IO to an serious business engagement where discipline and trust is required. I might wear just a smidgen to temper the A314 and IH I was wearing to keep things in perspective, but otherwise it would be out of place. I think you just overdid the seriousness of a setting where people were getting over the hump and wanted to let loose a little. Work in all its aspects is a social setting!

I couldn’t have said it better myself - until L came to work I felt like I was on a different planet from everyone else… aka grooving to a different song! People were pleasant to me but I didn’t connect with anyone particularly well. In general I can come across quite serious and sensible so it was completely the wrong vibe at the wrong time. If nothing else, it was an interesting experiment and I think it taught me a lot. For the sake of comparison I might experiment with IO solo the next day i’m working!

09:20 Was feeling kind of fed up this morning - it’s been raining for days and I was tired of being stuck in the house - so I decided to experiment with TAC and IO! Within 30 minutes of applying I was much more relaxed and actually sat down to read for a bit. Up to this point, I was pacing over and back in the kitchen, looking for something to amuse me!

11:00 Called into Mam in work to pass sometime!
Decided to bring one of the puppies (Bella) with me on my adventure (trying to get her used to the car!) and the minute I walked in the door, I was surrounded by people! I frequently call into Mam in work so I know the staff members reasonably well. At the start they were all admiring the puppy but the conversation quickly came around to me which is kind of unusual. Generally we keep to neutral subjects but today everyone was commenting on my weight loss (silly glandular fever!)… kind of made me uncomfortable but no one seemed to notice - they just kept on talking about it! Didn’t stay too long and quickly made an exit for the door. When Mam came home from work at lunch time, she said that everyone was still talking about me. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing?!

11:30 Called into work to see what hours I was working for the weekend.
Didn’t stay here long either but once again I was surrounded by people when I went into work - Bella is really good for drawing a crowd! Staff members were fairly chatty and continued to chat to me, even when the boss came in to check on things. He stopped to rub Bella and was asking me all about her. He even lingered around after we had finished our conversation - possibly an effect of the TAC!

13:30 After lunch I was feeling really sleepy so I went for a nap! Not sure if it was an effect of the TAC or if I was simply just tired. Slept for an hour and felt much better when I got up. Still felt settled, calm and contented.

Duration: The Instant Openness seemed to wear off after 5 hours but the effects of the TAC lasted slightly longer, probably 6-7 hours! The weather isn’t terribly warm at the moment so the mones seemed to diffuse rather slowly.

Other Observations: Although I called into Mam in work to have a chat, the self effects of the Instant Openness were subtle. If I had sprayed my neck instead, I probably would have chatted with people longer.

09:00 Was working on my own for the first hour this morning and it was the only productive part of my day! Felt really excited and happy but managed to get all my jobs done in record breaking time. I kept telling myself that the sooner I got everything sorted, the sooner I could relax and have some fun! One of our regular customers came in shortly after 9am and was in great form, perhaps even more so than usual. She was joking about a well-known English celebrity and her massive breasts…it was really funny and quite our of character for her!

Throughout the morning, I found myself sharing things with people that I usually wouldn’t! Nothing overly personal but I did tell customers things about myself that I usually wouldn’t - just because I wanted to make conversation with people. This was definitely a direct effect of spraying instant openness on my neck!

11:15: One of the managers (will call her ‘M’) in work gave me products to ‘pretend price’ in case the boss came in to check on us! Basically I had stuff in front of me to price if the boss came in but I could ignore it other than that! In fact, M said that she didn’t care if I priced it or not. Usually when I work with M - she keeps me busy for the whole day doing stuff for her.

11:50 ‘M’ sneaked off to get some breakfast for the both of us and asked me to secretly ring her if the boss appeared! Very unlike M because usually she is SOOOO conscientious!

12:30 Another co-worker (‘L’) started work and the fun really started! L was completely hyper…more so than I’ve ever seen her! She was dancing around the shop and singing along to the radio. She even tried to trip me up when I passed her - little minx!

Finished work at 14:00 but called back into work at 15:00 to get paid and everyone was working away! ‘L’ was much quieter when I returned and everyone was busy pricing items for ‘M’.

Environment: Exercise Class

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Sprayed myself just before hopping into the car to go to my first exercise class in almost 6 weeks - think the enclosed space is a great place to experience powerful self effects of the mones. Less is definitely more!

While on the way to the studio, I found myself admiring the evening, the scenery and the weather… definitely an effect of the Instant Shine! When I arrived at the exercise studio - the teacher was very chatty and welcomed me back after the few weeks away. Class went really well and I felt really comfortable throughout. After the class had finished, everyone came up to me to have a chat and everyone seemed interested in what I had to say.

Duration: Think the heat in the studio made the mones diffuse rather quickly. By the time I got home, almost 2.5 hours after appling the mones, the self effects had dwindled. Considering I only applied one spray of Instant Openness and Instant Shine - i’d definitely say I got value for money with regards the self effects! :slight_smile:

Environment: Teaching - Exercise Class

Self Effects/Effects on Others: This combination ROCKS!

I’m doing a course at the moment and one of the requirements is that i’ve to teacher a number of exercise classes throughout the year, which i’m graded on and it was my turn this evening! If i’m honest, i’ve been dreading teaching this particular class for the last few weeks but it went really well. The TAC was really comforting while the Instant Openness gave me the confidence to speak freely and the Instant Shine was like the icing on the cake! From the second that I got up in front of the class, I felt completely at home and I ended up enjoying every second of it!

After the class had finished my fellow trainees were all commenting on how comfortable I seemed… and seriously i’m not someone who naturally enjoys standing up in front of people and teaching! Several people also commented on the tone of my voice - saying that it was really comforting. Generally my voice gives away how nervous I am but the TAC kept my nerves in check, while the Instant Shine conveyed an air of confidence! Go me! LOL

TAC + Instant Openness + Instant Shine - my new favourite combo!!!

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Shortly after I had sprayed myself with TAH, I noticed that I had a headache and although i’m not sure if the mones caused the headache…it certainly didn’t help. Today the grapefruit scent seemed really strong and overpowering. As a result of the headache, I was in bad form for the afternoon and unfortunately I took it out on Mam! Mam was in a surprisingly good mood (considering how I was acting) and tried to jolly me out of my mood but it didn’t work! In the end - she went shopping and I spent some time alone at home!

Will try TAH solo again in a few days and see how I go! Next time i’m ordering mones, think I might try TAH in a different scent.

**Self Effects/Effects on Others: **Have only used P83 a couple of times on its own and as far as I can tell, it is a dis-inhibitor. Generally people are more chatty and friendly but physically they want to be closer to you. Before my course started this morning, I was warming myself beside one of the radiators and one of my colleagues came along and sat right down beside my feet. At first she was faced into the room but after a few minutes, she turned to face me and had her arm extended out towards me. Shortly after this, she started telling me personal things about herself and the effects almost felt like Instant Openness.

As the morning progressed, I noticed that I was much more chatty than usual. Generally in a group situation i’m pretty quiet but this morning I found myself talking openly about my experiences. This may sound crazy but the girls sitting either side of me were definitely sitting much closer than the previous day. At one stage, they were so close that I made a joke about only needing one chair rather than three!

Finally this afternoon when we were doing some stretches and exercises, one of the lads (will call him ‘T’) in the class came over to work beside me and he seemed kind of flirty! T asked me several questions about the work we were doing and touched me several times. At one stage, I even had my hand on his shoulder to steady myself - which usually I wouldn’t do. Undoubtedly P83 has MASSIVE self effects for me!

**Duration: **I reckon about 6 hours but it’s hard to tell. Although the smell of P83 seemed to fade throughout the morning, when I started exercising I could smell it again and that’s when T came over to my side of the room!

Self Effects/Effects on Others: Was out last night with a few friends when I bumped into ‘R’ - my ex! Know I probably shouldn’t have but I ended up going back to his place with him at the end of the night. I’ve never worn this combination around R before but he responded REALLY positively and I was completely amazed! R was much chattier than usual and was really touchy feely. We both seemed really relaxed and things flowed naturally between us - there was absolutely no nervousness and things seemed to progress really naturally. R almost seemed like a different person - probably because I used to wear lots of cops around him and it probably brought out his more aggressive side!

I know a couple of people have already reported this but TAC really does intensify orgasms… WOW! Without going into too much detail - I came several times and they were much more intense than usual! Even R noticed the difference and seemed incredibly turned on by it. When we had finished playing - R wrapped himself around me before falling asleep.

Unusually R talked in his sleep last night…couldn’t understand what he was saying but it was the first time that he’s done that with me. Not sure if it was an effect of the mones but it kept me entertained for a little while.

This morning when we woke around 05:00 - R wanted to cuddle for ages! Could still faintly smell the mones and I reckon the TAC was still effecting both of us. R is really a morning person and in the past, he’s been looking for some more action when i’ve wanted to cuddle but this morning, the roles were COMPLETELY reversed! Took me a little while to encourage him but I finally got my way with him! :smiley: And again it was really intense.

Duration: I reckon the TAC lasts about 8 hours…perhaps even the P83. I was really naughty this morning - something I would associate with P83!

Self Effects/Effects on Others:
13:15 P83 definitely makes me more touchy feely. Passed Mam several times in the kitchen this afternoon and I couldn’t help but touch her - either giving her a hug or touching her arm/shoulder.

14:00 Called into work for a quick chat with the girls and ‘M’ nearly talked my ear off. The conversation wasn’t particularly intriguing but M seemed louder than usual. Just before I left, M gave my shoulder a rub as if she was trying to warm me up although I wasn’t cold! M is going on holidays tomorrow for the week so maybe that’s why she seemed more vocal than usual. On the opposite end of the scale, ‘D’ seemed much quieter than usual and seemed kind of dazed…maybe she was just having a bad day.

14:50 My two aunts called to the house this afternoon and both seemed louder than usual…starting to think it’s one of the effects of the P83. Not only was the volume greater but they also seemed more forceful with their opinions. At one stage we got into a friendly debate but I gave up fighting my corner because I could not get a word in!

Other Observations: The next day i’m wearing P83 I might try 20mcg rather than 30mcg - see if I can get some of the same results without the volume increase! Not everyone seemed louder so maybe it only effects some people in this way…or maybe my aunts are simply louder when they are together!

I remember Tisha telling me when she wore P83 she basically had to be restrained and hosed off in cold water. LOL. Very interesting about the noise level though. Not sure I heard that one before. Have you used P102 yet? I do remember it is not only super-focus-enhancer but toilofday quipped that it enabled him to hear everything crystal clear like. I always thought if TAF was focus, P102 was pinpoint focus :slight_smile:

I know that feeling all to well! On Monday night ‘R’ told me that I was unbelievably randy and he didn’t know what had gotten into me…but he seemed to enjoy himself! :smiley: LOL

No I haven’t tried P102 yet - i’ll be placing an order soon so I might give it a go! Going to re-test 30mcg of P83 in work on Saturday to see if it amplifies noises (my perception - self effect) or to see if it makes others more vocal (effects on others).

Oooo, you must try P102 with R! I love using it in the clinch with Wolf. I’ve noticed some very sensual effects with this one.

You’ve convinced me! Hopefully i’ll get a chance to try it with R - not 100% sure where we stand with each other at the moment…i’ll just have to wait and see I suppose! I’d like to think that we can sort things out with each other but if not - i’m sure i’ll find someone else to experiment with! :slight_smile:
